Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Lincoln

The lady who took my order was very rude. I asked her a question about what was in a dish and she looked at me like i was stupid. She rudely answered me with an eye roll. I had 3 children with me. I ordered a kids speghetti and meatball and 2 kids mac and cheese with chicken. She brought out 2 adult size mac and cheese and no speghetti and meatball. She rolled her eyes at me again, told me i didnt order the kids speghetti and meatball. She told me i had to go back up and order it. There was a line. I ended up paying for 2 kids drinks because i had yo re-order the speghetti kids meal and i had already ordered drinks with the first order. The first time i ordered i asked her if the kidsmeals came with drinks she said no. Its because she rang it adult meals. That should have been her first sign thst it was incorrect. Worst customer service i have had in a long time. She didnt offer me anything for my trouble. The food was good but customer service...

I drove from Hastings Nebraska to eat at your restaurant. Let’s just say I was beyond discussed with all that I saw and dealt with. First I went to use the restroom, and when I got in there I gagged because of what I saw and the smell. Toilets were clogged and had overflown, there was no paper towels. I had to go over to the restaurant next door to use the bathroom. Then when I went to order I told the employee that the bathroom was disgusting and needed to be dealt with, she didn’t even seem to care. Well she didn’t seem to even care about her job, her hair was lose and her bangs were over her eyes so she had to look up to see me and what she was doing. The restaurant was just really dirty and you could tell that no one cleaned the restaurant. Air vents were full of dust and cobwebs. At anytime that could fall into someone’s meal. I won’t be returning to your restaurant and I hope that this gives you an idea of what needs to be done at...

I stopped by Noodles & Company in Lincoln, Nebraska, for a quick bite and decided to try something different from my usual pasta order. I went with the Green Goddess Cobb Salad—and I’m so glad I did!

The salad was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted incredibly fresh—from the crisp greens to the perfectly cooked grilled chicken, creamy avocado, and that amazing Green Goddess dressing. The bacon, hard-boiled egg, and pickled onions added the perfect balance of flavor and texture. It was light but still super satisfying.

The portion was generous, and it felt like a healthy option without sacrificing any flavor. The staff at the Lincoln location were friendly and efficient, and my order was ready quickly. The whole experience was great from start to finish.
