Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Lincoln

My fiance and I ordered Jimmy Johns as a carryout since the website said it could not be delivered to our apartment building. After we had driven past Jimmy John's (both of us missed sight of it and neither one had been there before) we hit a chunk of ice that resulted in a flat tire in the parking lot of SuperSaver. I call the Jimmy Johns and ask them to cancel the order since we would not be able to make it. The gentleman on the phone then proceeds to tell me he can deliver it to us since it was already made and ready to go at the SuperSaver and that all he needs to do is cancel the previous order and redo as a delivery. He met me at the door of the SuperSaver not too long after presenting me with a confirmation slip of the cancellation and the new receipt along with the correct order of food that he had to painstakingly recopy to the new order since we ordered it online and got picky about the details. I’ve ordered delivery from this Jimmy John’s multiple times over the last year but never again. This place is notorious for not bringing the sides you order or even giving you the wrong sandwich. In the past they actually made things right. But now they don’t even care. Lately, I’ve noticed that the sandwiches barely have any ingredients on them, and the last time I ordered they didn’t bring any of the chips I ordered. I ordered an unwich and they did not have lettuce large enough to make the lettuce wrap but made it anyway without telling customer. I opened it up and it might as well have been a salad. I couldn't pick it up with my hands. Had to get a fork to eat it. The staff could care less that they turned out a sub par product and told me I could unwrap it slowly and eat it that way. It fell apart when opened. I asked for a larger piece of lettuce and the staff said they didn't have any. First time I've had a bad experience at a Jimmy Johns. Would not go back here to...
