Lancaster's Lounge — Restaurant in Lincoln

10/25/2025-- I'm almost 60. Like things close to home. Lancaster's is 5 minutes from my house. Stopped in every once in a while to say Hello, for decades. Never had a problem with anyone, let alone a bartender. Don't know her name, but the brunette bartender who likes to wear daisy dukes also likes to pocket your change when you pay with cash. Watch your wallet when she's serving. I paid for my first beer with a $20, and she took it upon herself to keep the change. Went on to help 3 other customers and ignored me. When I flagged her down and asked for change for the $20 I gave her, I got it back. Finished my beer and left. Tonight, I found out she's banned me from the bar. I guess because she's afraid of me saying something to other customers or her boss about her helping herself to tips after they've had a few drinks. If you go there and she's serving, don't pay with cash. Check your receipt. Girl's a thief. Makes you wonder how many times she's done this before. Came in tonight (Wednesday) and Deb the bartender refused to serve my friend and co-worker, Isaac, because of an incident that happened 6+ months ago, which was based on the unfavorable behavior of Isaac's friend. I recently moved to Lincoln about a month ago and only visited this bar because of Isaac, who was not directly involved in that incident. Long story short, Deb recognized my friend because of said incident and refused to serve him. We both left, and after I acquired information from Issac, which yes, he did say there was a confrontation between HIS FRIEND and the staff several months ago, I went back inside and questioned the bartender as to why she refused him service. I was told very basic information, and that she would speak with the manager (Carla) tomorrow. I told her NO; that I would be in contact with Carla. At the end of the day, this bar was unfriendly towards my guest and I, and I was unimpressed with their aptitude. I'd love to see how this would've played...

This establishment is truly the LNK neighborhood watering hole! I am a LNK (surrounding bedroom community) long time resident. Every single facet of life comes here in gathering. If one has service industry background...this is the place for you to unwind! Good luck finding many places that match the pour for the price. Service here behind the bar...100 percent, start to finish. Try it out, especially after a long day of serving others, personally I've never left...
