I've read a lot of reviews lately for this place and I'd like to clarify some of the things said.
Regarding sauces, if you dont have an order without chicken nuggets you get 1 sauce for free and get charged 25 cents for extra sauces. That's not a lot of money to begin with unless you're on a budget. It's a cost related issue. Ketchup packets are always running out, so of they are out do not complain and blame it on them. They do not control the rate at which customers want ketchup packets.
Inconsistent speeds, depends on the managers working and the staff at the time. Between 11Am and 130pm it'll be slower as it is the highschool lunch rush. 3pm-345pm is a small rush due to high schoolers getting out of school. 6Pm-7pm is a dinner rush, people mostly in the drive thru and some in the lobby. Speed depends when you come in and the people working at the time.
Regarding behavior, it goes both ways. Customers can be really rude if someone doesn't understand and employees may be rude depending on how they've been treated by customers and how long they've been working. Getting orders wrong or not understanding is usually due because customers either don't speak loud enough, hard to understand because of their accents, and the headsets sometimes are set too loud or too quiet and either way it is always hard to understand.
Regardless, be appreciative you got the food you paid for or didn't pay for. If your order is wrong just come inside with your receipt and food and talk to the manager on duty. Don't have a freak out, it's McDonalds food not that big of a deal. Try and be in the shoes of the employees that are usually high schoolers or college aged people.
Regarding the McDonalds app, they do not control the app. They cannot control whether or not it works or what offers are on the app. Just because they work at McDonalds doesn't mean they know how to use it. Regardless if the employee doesn't know, don't get mad that they know nothing as to why the coupons or deals are not working.

Read moreJune 7th, 2019 Another poor experience, they were doing so well for a long time, but they keep having the issue when they dont give you the correct amount of french fries. Today they weighed 4.8 ounces with the box, box weighs .4, supposed to be 6 ounces of frys. I called and they refused to make it right with me. I am officially banning this location and the other 5 locations this particular franchise owns. The locations are: W. O st 11th and cornhusker 21st and K Both 27th street locations Go to any restaurant other then these 5 locations and you will be treated right.
April 4th, 2019 This store still does not put things on trays when you explicitly tell them it is to dine in. They charge for mayo, but not ketchup for dipping your fries in. Other then that, food was good. Fresh nd hot which is a change from my recent visits.
Jan 18, 2019 Stood at the counter for 15 minutes while manager didnt even acknowledge that I was there at the expedite station, other employees just ran around. I ended up leaving after getting the managers attention to tell him I had been waiting 15 minutes for someone to take my order. I'm not 100% sure, but it seems that this location doesnt care for any business during non rush hours. I definately will not come here again. If I could get 0 stars I would, because this location has 0 customer service what so ever. I hope that something else goes up here soon!

Drive thru cashier dropped my change, then wouldnt add the changed they dropped outside thier window to what I gave them, nearly dropped my food instead of handing it to me, then when I got home, only a quarter box of french frys. Read moreThe employee here is a nice young lady named Alize during lunch rush she was the only competent employee in the restaurant; running orders out, dropping fries, making cookies and taking front orders. The grills were too busy munching on food while ON THE LINE that they skimmed my pickles when I requested EXTRA. And the Dr.Pepper was flat when I heard the MANAGER tell his employee to serve it anyway to the customer. When I got my food since he had ran back I assumed my Dr.Pepper had been remade and he hadn’t. I will acknowledge that the upfront crew looked short staffed, but on top of that no one else was helping the one person basically running front. Not her manager. When she asked for fries her other teammate had meant her with animosity, pretending like she hadn’t heard her ask about 20 minutes out of the half hour I was waiting there. And my not right made food (which should have a label to identify that the burger was made correctly on the wrapper) was sitting under the warmer. Manager who was on duty was frazzled and didn’t seem to be used to the lunch rush situation or really know what’s going on. I’m severely disappointed, because this seems to keep happening whenever I pick up food from this location. Better off going to 10th st off the Highway!
