There was no food, so I cannot rate that. This place is awesome. I had the best Old Fashioned I've ever had and I've had a few in multiple different states and a couple of counties. There are chess boards set up on several tables and a table ready for a game of rock-em sock-em robots. The seating is loungy and comfortable, the decor is kind of minimalist industrial, yet still welcoming The service is spectacular and there is a party space I would love to use. If I lived in Lincoln I'd be here often. I don't want to spoil it, but when you go there please make sure you ask the owner why it is named The Post. His story is awesome!! And he has a terrific selection of tequila that you can take home with you. He has Tequilas that I've not been able to find in any other liquor store in the Omaha or Kansas City area. Oh yeah, in addition to chess nights, they also have live music.

My wife and I stopped by the Post yesterday afternoon. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary, and wanted to try some new venues. The Post's hours are very welcoming, as is the atmosphere. Probably the coolest bar I have see in a while. They also have a great selection of spirits that you don't normally come across. I had a pour of Ferrand (Cognac) and a pour of World Whiskey Society Culture Collection. It was a six year MGP bourbon (99% corn, 1% barley mashbill), that was finished in Oloroso barrels. My wife had an Old Fashion made with Uncle Nearest, and she absolutely loved it. The service is top notch, Jesse is incredibly personable. You must stop by and sample some of his barrel aging spirits.

The Post is a great new addition to Lincoln's bar scene. It has been an excellent experience providing bartenders to any of their scheduling needs. If you're a fan of specialty cocktails or just looking for a relaxing place to unwind in the Telegraph District, The Post is the place to be. We look forward to bartending at The Post in the future.

Absolutely the most charming bar experience I've had in Lincoln. Drinks are expertly crafted, and have a nice mix of signature stand by's that will please even the most discerning palates, but also whimsical and creative drinks that will match any mood you bring into the bar. The staff is eager to please and talented, with the owner being the star of the show. He brings the phrase "southern hospitality" to a whole 'nother level, being Lincoln's premier full-service bar. From intimate gatherings in their industrial chic atmosphere to hosting full blown parties complete with catering and live music- Jesse and his staff will plan it all- and from the experience I had tonight- it will leave you with only the best of memories...with every drink giving you a new reason to say "wow". I loved the purposefulness behind the curated art-showcasing local talent, and his heart for small-business is evident with his desire to uplight other businesses in the community through classes and catered-in food events- and you should definitely check out the membership club here- lots of amazing perks! All in all- this will be the place we take out of town guests, as well as become a welcome night away after a long week of work and kids- this place will...
