Ming's House — Restaurant in Lincoln

If I could give this place zero stars I would I live across town from this place and have always went here and never had a bad experience tonight on the other hand was different I came and I ordered sweet-and-sour chicken and the happy family both of them were horrible it tasted like I had spoiled fish in the happy Family and the sweet-and-sour chicken was undercooked but yet the outside was hard to break I tried to call and resolve the issue they told me to come back so I drove across town to find out that they weren't going to refund me and wanted to give me a gift card no offense but I don't plan on returning as I am very picky about my Chinese food to begin with and then I get there and a customer starts sticking up for the employees who was a friend of one of the employees and started slandering me and calling me a liar as the employees are sitting there smiling so an employee got on the phone and called the owner and the owner and his daughter show up and she starts basically calling me a liar telling me there's nothing wrong with my food but yet didn't taste it obviously and when I return the food it was all still there 2 to 3 bites might have been taken out of each item and that was it they then argued with me saying they couldn't do refunds when I work in an industry where I do refunds very unhappy and will not return very tempted to call the health department and Department of Labor. The only excuse they kept saying was my family doesn't speak English well I'm sorry I'm not racist but I'm an American and was born and raised here and this is my country so don't even throw that in my face as the damn excuse cause I'm not buying it they sure understood me when They took my order over the phone and...

After so many good reviews, I decided to try the restaurant. On the positive side, the crab rangoon was delicious, service was quick, staff was friendly, and prices were reasonable. However, I was very disappointed with my entree, rice, and egg roll.

I ordered bang bang chicken with steamed rice. The chicken did not remotely taste like Asian Cuisine. The sauce was sickeningly sweet, and tasted very similar to simple syrup. No distinctive flavor at all. The rice also was subpar in that it was clearly old and had dried out somewhat. (I decided to be fair I had better add to this review that I visited near the end of the lunch rush. This could explain the condition of the rice, but not the flavor of the entree.) Just to sample more of the menu I tried an egg roll as well. I found it to be very bland with no distinctive Asian flavor.

As I mentioned earlier, the crab rangoon was delicious. I would visit this restaurant again simply to get crab rangoon to carry out. However I don't see myself ordering any other food from this restaurant in the future. If you are a fan of authentic tasting Asian Cuisine I would not suggest...

This place seriously has the worst food and service ever. I was highly disappionted when I got my food.I don't understand how people like ming's house. First of all crabrangoon stale and digusting. Second, their cashew chicken is way too salty and all you could taste is the saltiness. Third, their fried rice was literally orange and all it had was onions. With all that onion all the fried rice taste like was onions. This place seriously has the worst chinese food! When I ask for sweet and sour sauce all they gave me was soy sauce. Their food already taste super salty and they gave me soy sauce? Who ever was in the front needs to speak louder ! I couldn't even understand a thing they say! Seriously, the WORST service ever!...
