Check your takeout bag. Every time. The owners of this location need to invest in quality control and customer service training at this location. Multiple times we've had items missing from our order. This is especially frustrating when you forget to check your takeout bag in the drive-thru, then drive all the way home, and then realize multiple items you ordered aren't in your bag. It is all the more frustrating to drive all the way back to the store, tell the employees that they missed the items, wait a few minutes for them to gather the missing items, and then to have them just hand you the bag... no apology, no attempt to make it right.
I worked in fast food for several years in high school. I know mistakes happen. It's how you handle the mistakes that creates loyal customers. The owners and management of this store need to invest in training their young employees on how to 1) quality control themselves so mistakes happen less frequently, and 2) when mistakes do happen, teach them how to apologize and offer something to the customer for not meeting their expectations. Once you teach them, then hold them accountable.

However, when we got to the speaker, my husband gave our order (a simple 2 large butterfinger concrete mixers), the kid taking our said, "uh, what was that?". My husband repeated himself louder and about 30 seconds later the kid responded again with, "uh, what was that?". My husband repeated himself even louder and we got the exact same response from the kid. I yelled into the speaker to nevermind and we left. Read moreI went through the drive-through on 1/7/24 around 11:30am when the drive-through wasn’t that busy but I still had to wait for my food. When they brought it out they forgot my cheese burger. I had to leave my car to find an employee then wait even longer for them to bring it to me. Then when I got home and opened it I was disappointed in the meat on the burger.
