Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Lincoln

I just ordered a pizza and I noticed the tracking said “Delivered” I waited for a bit and nothing showed so I contacted the Papa Johns and was told I entered in the wrong address, which I did not. Then I was told that I also entered in my phone number incorrect. One or the other but absolutely not both. My argument is they also had my email? I was told that they would send out my order but I would have to call a different location. They were very rude and then I got transferred to a manager and the manager was incredibly rude and when I asked him my name he said “for the fourth time! It’s Jeff.” I’d like to make it clear I did not ask four times. I then asked for his last name as I knew I would be making a complaint. He sarcastically and very rude said “Goodbye Sir” I’m lost for words with how disrespectful the staff and manager was to myself and my husband. They all could have had a whole different approach, forward my order on or made more effort into being kind to us instead of putting in so much effort to be disrespectful and rude. We order from Papa Johns often and I will not order here again. I’m also with serval family and friends who have no interest in buying from them......

I ordered online the other day and their website stated that my order would be ready in 15-24 minutes. I waited about 15 minutes and drove there so that I'd show up at about the 24 minute mark. When I got there I was told that they were actually 1 hour and 30 minutes behind. There was someone else standing there who had been waiting for his pizza for at least half an hour and chuckled as he stated that he'd seen a number of people show up and leave. I then asked the store to cancel my order then if it was going to be that long of a wait. The guy checked the computer and let me know that my order wasn't even showing up on the system. I understand system glitches happen but there was definitely a lack of professionalism. Apparently they only had one guy who knew how to make the pizzas so this was putting them behind, but they had a good 5-6 people on staff. I couldn't help but think - can't one of you learn how to make the pizzas then since you seem to need the help! Extremely disappointed by the...

This is the second time in a row that this store has delivered pizza(s) that are not what we ordered. The first incident was handled with a free pizza, which was a mildly satisfactory remedy. Today, however, after the wrong pizza was delivered, I called the store to inform them of the error. I was told that I would get a call back in a few minutes with more information on the whereabouts of the original order. I finally called the store again 25 minutes later, and was told that the new order had just come out of the oven and was being boxed. 40 minutes after that, I called yet again and spoke with a manager, who claimed to have no knowledge of the incident and informed us that our order was in fact never remade. We got a refund for our order, and we will be ordering our pizza deliveries elsewhere...
