Iâm beyond frustrated with this tea shop. I came in on Friday specifically to try their new soufflĂ© pancakes, only to be told they only make them on Saturdays. Fine. I came back the very next day, Saturday, just for that. Same girl at the counter. She told me it would take 15â20 minutes and suggested I call ahead next time â um, why didnât you tell me that YESTERDAY?
We waited the 20 minutes, came back in, and she told us to wait 5 more. I waited 10. Still nothing. I asked again, and she said it was done and being packaged. Then I waited another 5 minutes. In total: 45 minutes for pancakes. And no one acknowledged the wait or apologized.
I opened the box in my car and was SHOCKED. The pancakes looked nothing like the photos they post online. We ordered matcha flavor â the cream was watery, the pancakes were burned and sour, they were stuck together, no grapes, and the matcha powder was so overpowering it was bitter. Honestly, it was disgusting.
The service was awful, the food was worse, and the whole experience was a total waste of time and money. Iâm deeply disappointed and will absolutely never come back. Save yourself the trouble and...

â Go-to bubble tea in Lincoln. Generous serving and variety of boba, good tea flavor, they don't abuse the ice, and according to reviews it seems like everyone has their preferences, but I personally like their tapioca boba way better than the other places in town. It's always cooked all the way through and never mushy, not heavily sweetened either and has a nice flavor to it; slightly sweet and maybe floral(?) flavor to it? They have the laminated tops that's satisfying to pop with your straw. Interior is nice too with the options of games, and if it weren't for corona it would be a cool place to hang out and take pictures at. Just wish they had better ventilation but it's a pretty compact space. It's not the shortest wait but it's worth it and there's a lot to look at and do...
Read moreMy husband had never had boba tea so I brought him here to try it out! The atmosphere is very chill and it seemed like a good place to just sit down and hang out, though, my husband and I did take our tea too go. The cashier was very patient with us as it took a bit for us to decide what we wanted, especially since my husband had never had this type of tea before. He got the Peach + Pine, which had a type of jelly not boba I believe, and I had the Royal Peach. Both were really delicious! My husband has been giving up coffee and swapping it for tea. The only thing he's been struggling with is giving up his frappucinos, but he said he would actually prefer this tea over them! We'll definitely be back and definitely be trying other flavors.
As a side note, if you're planning on paying with a card, they do have a $10 minimum so keep...
