The service here was absolutely terrible. I placed a large order days in advance for a work event and called the day of to confirm. They promised that it would be delivered by 4pm, but when the time came, they informed us that they only had one driver that day and they would not arrive until 4:15. I understand that being short staffed makes your job more difficult and I try to stay relatively patient in these cases. However, by 4:25, the food had still not arrived. When I called the store to get an estimate on when we could expect the food, the STORE MANAGER explained that they did not even know where their driver was. She suggested in a very snooty tone that we should just get the food ourselves. After learning that the pizzas has been sitting for THIRTY MINUTES, I asked that she remake them and that she offer a discount, then we would come pick them up. She agreed, but not without displaying an attitude. Overall, this store showed a level of unprofessionalism and incompetence that I simply can't overlook. If the manager had been nicer or more accommodating, I wouldn't feel the need to leave...

Called back an hour later and told them I still had not received the “missing pizza” and they acted shocked, but again said, we will make it and get out immediately. Another hour passed and I called again to say we did not receive the “missing pizza, and was told this time they would just put a credit on my account for that pizza to be used next time… ummm really?! Where the heck was my pizza?! I will never order from this Pizza Hut again!! I would like a full refund, not credit toward a pizza that I was told was going to be delivered...

When I called at 4:15, the manager, Abby, informed me they were short-staffed and that my food should arrive soon. By 4:30, they still didn’t know where the driver was, so I had to pick it up myself.
