Buffalo Wild Wings has been a go-to spot for me and my friends for the past three years, and while the food has generally been good, the service has been hit or miss depending on the day of our visit.
Let's start with the positives. The food at Buffalo Wild Wings is typically enjoyable, with a wide range of flavorful wings and other menu options. The variety of sauces and seasonings allows for customization to suit different tastes. Over the years, we've had mostly positive experiences with the food, except for one instance when our order arrived cold. However, that particular incident seems to be an outlier, and it happened quite some time ago.
Unfortunately, the service at Buffalo Wild Wings has been inconsistent. Depending on the day and time of our visits, we have encountered both attentive and friendly servers, as well as ones who seemed disengaged or overwhelmed. It has been frustrating to experience such fluctuations in the quality of service over the years.
However, it's worth noting that in the past few months, we have observed improvements in the service. The staff appears to be more attentive, and our orders have been accurate and timely. It seems that Buffalo Wild Wings has taken steps to address previous issues and elevate the overall service experience.
Despite the ups and downs with service, the casual and lively atmosphere at Buffalo Wild Wings remains a positive aspect. It's a popular spot for sports enthusiasts, and the numerous screens broadcasting live games create an energetic environment. It's an ideal place to gather with friends to enjoy some wings, watch a game, and have a good time.
In conclusion, Buffalo Wild Wings offers good food and a vibrant atmosphere, but the service has been inconsistent over the years. While we have had positive experiences with the food, we encountered a minor issue with cold food in the past. However, it seems that the service has improved in recent months, which is a positive sign. If you're willing to take the occasional risk with the service quality, Buffalo Wild Wings can still be an enjoyable spot for casual dining and...
Read moreMy friends and I like to go out for BOGO wing night Thursdays. We used to go to the downtown location, but the service and food were subpar so we started going to this location. All has been well, until we saw that our waiter and the manager from the previous location are now at this one.
Last night we had our drink orders messed up and one of our wing orders was messed up. Said waiter wasn’t wearing his mask over his face and was sweating quite a bit... I understand working hard but there are safety precautions during a pandemic that should be followed. He was doing a trivia game with us and another table and made a gross comment about one of my friends. My to-go order was also forgotten about until the last second so we had to wait longer after everyone had already paid and was ready to go.
We never had issues with this location until last night. The same waiter almost got in a fight with one of my friends at the downtown location because he kept screwing up his order and then attempted to shake his hand with a dirty glove on. The same manager didn’t apologize or offer to adjust his check at all. This time wasn’t as bad but I felt the waiter was more concerned with putting on a show than giving us what we had ordered. Hopefully management at this location will take corrective action unlike the other BWW. I’m giving 3 stars because until now we’ve had excellent service at the...
Read moreThis location has the worst service of any we've been to in a long time which sucks because it's the one closest to where we live. The bartender and manager don't wear name tags so I can't refer to them directly. The female bartender on Saturdays has ZERO sense of urgency, is rarely behind the bar tending to the customers, and wanders around like she's on a Sunday drive. The male manger on Saturdays apparently doesn't care that customers aren't being taken care of - he simply says that we'll be helped sometime yet never seems to address anything with the bartender. The redheaded hostess has no clue what she's doing and frequently relies on another coworker to help her manage seating people. The black and green haired female bartender on weekdays is very efficient and should probably bartend on the weekends. My husband and I move around a lot for work and no matter where we are, B-Dubs is our go to Saturday lunch spot. We're beginning to think that while we are in Lincoln we'll have to go somewhere else. Fingers crossed that I can update this review to a more positive one after one more try in a...
