Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Lincoln

I go to a scooters establishment almost every day, typically the 70th and Pioneers location but since the end location is so close to me I figured I’d go there instead of driving out of the way today just to remember why I drive an additional 10 minutes to visit another location because upon arrival I order my drink and everything is going just fine until I reach the window window when a young lady name Addison hands me my coffee and act like it’s too much to grab my children two suckers that are sitting right by the window Not have a great day. Goodbye greeting all because I asked for two suckers when the prior to me asking for additional service she was chipper. This experience is truly just frustrating because it would be nice to go to a scooter establishment literally right across the street from us however we continue to choose to drive out-of-the-way due to the experience that we’re giving at the Andam location almost every time we choose to go And then, when I called the store to simply asked to speak to a manager, she informed me that all of her managers were refusing to come in, and when I made a comment that that was very unprofessional, she click changed her statement multiple times, letting me know that they did not have a shift lead and a manager that was available to talk to any anybody on the weekends regarding any issues and that there was no other way that they could help anybody She offered me her managers personal cell phone several times until her other baristas told her that that was unprofessional and unacceptable reminded me of why I highly suggest everybody goes to a...

I usually go to the Starbucks right next door, but lately have begun going to this Scooters. Always had a pleasant experience. Ordered a latte Saturday am and after getting home noticed an employee had written “Spooky Queen” on my cup with a black marker. I know Starbucks draws a smile or another greeting, but “Spooky Queen”?????

Very odd and not a greeting one would expect. Supposed to be humerous? I did not appreciate it and don’t like it. Just give me what I ordered and let me enjoy it. I did return later in the morning to place another order and the young lady was very receptive to my complaint and apologetic. Have not returned yet, but...

Worst location I've been to. Was overcharged due to the fact I didn't get what I ordered. And all the other times I've been to scooters it's been amazing but 84th and andermatt Dr. What are you guys doing. I'm depressed in the presentation of your drinks. Also idk how hard it is to actually put 2 extra shots of espresso in a drink. But I get it almost everyday you can check my bank statements even!.
