Bloom Coffee — Restaurant in Lincoln

Bloom be blooming. I haven’t tried all the coffee shops in Lincoln but I’ve probably tried the best at Bloom to the point where I don’t desire to explore others in the city. Run 🏃🏾‍♀️ I mean come here if you in Lincoln and want an espresso that doesn’t disappoint.

Bloom has a warm and inviting atmosphere, nice and lovely decor and friendly; welcoming customer service which makes their coffee taste better if you ask me.

As far as their coffee, it is delicious and top tier. Here is the breakdown: Roast - medium; crispy and fresh Notes - light nutty flavor; other Bitterness - None Crema - Yes, but light

Note: If you order a 16oz latte but like your drink strong, get an extra shot of espresso. I almost always order a 12oz which is standard for a latte but I wanted to really enjoy my latte because it is so good so I came back the second day and ordered a 16oz and got an extra shot of espresso. I ordered an oat milk latte with vanilla on both days. Would I come back?...

Made a stop at Bloom Coffee while visiting family up in Nebraska, and it was probably one of the highlights from the trip! We were first drawn in by the aesthetics of the shop (I’m a sucker for plants, good graphic design, and beautiful interior lol). We had the blackberry brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso & the peach latte from their Summer Menu. Both drinks were delicious 🤤 we are truly so sad they’re not in Texas!

The shop also has on display a bunch of art & goodies you can buy to support other local artists/businesses! I look forward to coming again when I’m back in Lincoln!

Update: was able to visit again, the coffee shop has expanded and the shop is super cute! They have tons of space and seating with outlets. Great place to remote work, read, meet with a friend, etc. The coffee is delicious and I also love the...

This place is amazing!!!! We stopped through on a road trip. My husband got a breakfast burrito which he said was great and I got the gluten free (also dairy free) breakfast burrito and gluten free everything bagel avocado toast. It was delicious!!! They actually put the right amount of avocado on the avocado toast, soooo tasty! It can be hard to find good gluten free options on a road trip and this place was the best I’ve had this whole trip. We also each got one of the two blackberry flavored cold coffee drinks they had and they were absolutely delicious. We didn’t stay for long but it seemed like a great place to sit down and get some work done and hang out. The service was fast and excellent as well. All around awesome place!!!
