Valentino's — Restaurant in Lincoln

I have been going to Valentinos since I was a kid. I have never had a bad thing to say about them until today. The service was horrible. The employees act like they dont want to be there and are very short with their customers. They hurry you through your decision. Also there was no flavor in any of the food I had. A peice of hamburger pizza, salad and bread stick. The pizza was bland. The breadstick had no garlic butter or parmesan. They didn't give any marinara sauce. The salad was disgusting. It was a bag salad mix amd then you get to add what you want. Which is great but everything taste the same. It is like everything I had, had been frozen at one point. Almost freezer burnt flavor. Valentinos had always been go to pizza joint up until the last few years. The quality has went down while their prices have went up. I wont be going there for a very long time...

There is a woman that answers the phone at this location at dinner time. She is soooo rude. Does not like the fact that I only order salads snd garlic bread. Last time I had a ordered she told me they were too busy to hurry on my small order and it would be ready when it was ready. Tonight she was extra rude. You could hear the frustration in her voice. She did not even say bye. Just hung up on me. Well, lady, my $19 worth of salad and bread is just as good as the next guys $19 pizza. I called another location and spoke with a manager and he said too bad. Call corporate tomorrow. Guess they don’t...

I give this place a good rating. Although the atmosphere doesn't exactly fit for most people. The only reason for that is because of the location. As much as I enjoy a good hole in the wall, this location needs major restoration. It's almost as if the owners just don't care anymore. The employees are nice. The food is as good as usual. I want to see the building change. Make it more like how the buffet used to look like on South 70th. Also, parking is almost a nightmare. I definitely see the potential this place...
