Valentino's — Restaurant in Lincoln

I'm one of those people that doesn't think pizza can be bad, there's just different levels of how good pizza is. Valentino's was one of the few places I've tried that comes close to having bad pizza. It's still edible, but it leaves a lot to be desired. My first reaction was that the sauce tasted like it was made with nearly rotten tomatoes. I've never eaten in at one so I can't comment on the service, but I do know they've had some good promotions. They had a big anniversary last year and had extremely cheap pizzas that left every location in Lincoln unable to take more orders.

That being said, I know a lot of Lincolnites who love Valentino's, so. I have not had pizza in a long time and I was really craving a good pizza so I thought I'm staying at the Holiday Inn next door and I thought I would call Valentino's I heard that they were good but I must say honestly was the worst tasting pizza I've had .. This location always has good food never been late never had any issues food wise. This evening August 19th 2025 I go into pick up my online order. Stood by the counter for a moment or two. The manager wearing a blue shirt started walking towards me and I assumed he was going help me out with my pickup order or at least acknowledge me. He couldn't be bothered you could absolutely tell he didn't want to be there and it really set the tone for the place. After another moment the counter person came up and helped me out.
