I typically don't complain when they get my order wrong, like when I ask for the thin pizza to be cut in the normal triangles and not squares and they get it wrong anyway, or when I request light sauce and I get the normal amount and I have to wipe it off with napkins. Only time I have complained is when the bottom of the pizza was burnt. Last night I ordered light sauce and there was absolutely no sauce whatsoever, it was dry, gross, and after 10pm, I was tired and got the pizza for my son and husband. I went to bed and told my husband I would call the next morning. And they ate something else. I ended up having to work, so I just called Domino's after i was off work and I was told because I didn't call last night so they could remake it, there's nothing they can do. I told them I had all the pizza but 2 pieces because they were thrown in the trash, I was then told I had to have all of the pieces of pizza. Well I'm not digging in the trash for the 2 pieces. And I didnt want to drive back up there last night. Lincolnton has more pizza places than anything else and there's much better pizza out there than domino's. So they don't seem to care about losing a dissatisfied customer and I was pretty much accused of trying to get free food when I still had 90% of it and I ought to drive to their pickup window and throw it at them. Won't be getting pizza from this mediocre at best, place anymore. I can afford food and not looking for a freebie, it's the principle of the situation but apparently that doesn't...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFood was good. Went in for take out twice. First time they gave me a coupon for $3.00 off if I ordered take out again. I did the following week. I made the order on-line and didn't understand how to input the coupon, I thought no problem they will take it off when I pick it up. Guess what, even though I ordered almost $40 of food they would not take off the $3 dollar coupon. 3 people who all said they were managers said no to the point I was going to just walk out, finally another manager stepped in who at least tried to help and put in the coupon code. Even she couldn't do it and explained there was no way to enter a discount. I ask for Domino's customer service number. She explained that this is a franchise store and gave me the number to the Charlotte franchise office that owns them. I called the next day left a message and then the next day and left a message, they never called back. In short why would a business want to lose a $40 order over a $3 dollar coupon. Why wouldn't they do something to be friendly and apologize for the coupon not working on-line and find some way to compensate me. Well like I said food was OK customer service poor, I will never go...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOur food was absolutely horrible, the 2 pizza's were burnt around the edges and they didn't have pizza sauce on them, and the order of marinara cheese dip sauce only had little over an ounce of sauce in the container which looked like it had been spread across the bottom then baked. When I called about the order a manager told me that their General Manager Louanne had taken over and finished our order and that the person that had started it had put so much sauce on the pizza's that Louanne had to wipe it off the edges so it did have sauce so with her having made our order they would only make the marinara cheese dip sauce good. My adult kids or I order weekly from this Domino's location and have never had our food be bad till now Our family company which is US wide orders up to 44 pizza's monthly for each office around the US which is a lot of business and never had any problems with the food. To have been treated badly and disregarded with an order for our family we have decided that we will cut all future orders from our company offices across the US with...
