My daughter and I eat at Taco Bell quite often at the Lincolnton location. And for the past couple of months the service has consistently declined. Food and customer service. We always eat in later afternoon because we work 12 hour shifts. We visited today to have an order replaced that was simply not edible a couple of days ago. We get home with the replaced order and no we didn't check it before leaving, it was a replacement and ASSUMED the manager on duty would assure it was correct. Well, it wasn't. It had tomatoes when ordered without. The shells were so soggy that the taco just fell apart. The food was cold and I'm talking like in a cooler cold. It was loaded down with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes and very little meat. So my point is... The meal once again was not edible. The employees were standing around laughing and joking around, one person wasn't even in uniform and was drinking and eating where our food is prepared. I called back to the store and asked when the GM would be available and explained I had just came through for the replacement that was still disgusting and the Manager acted like she could care less and proceeded to give the GM's schedule. I use to be an Asst GM in Huntersville and I KNOW this isn't acceptable. I'm writing this review in hopes that the GM and Corporate will see it and work together on fixing...
Read moreOnly giving this store a 1 star simply because I have to. This store has been my main store to go to eat at for quick dinner nights. Usually they’re really good on service and food quality. But the past couple times I’ve came here it’s gotten worse and worse. Tonight was the most horrible night!! The drive thru line was wrapped completely in front of the Waffle House and the line wasn’t moving at all. Cars were even turning around as soon as they got an opening to go somewhere else. Went in to order my food and it still took almost an hour to even get my food. The workers were rude and the lady in the drive thru kept rolling her eyes every time a customer asked her a question. Not sure what’s happening with this store but it’s definitely going down hill. I normally don’t do reviews simply because I know everyone has bad days BUT tonight was just way overboard. The beans on the bean burritos were very cold and everything was extremely soggy. The Mexican pizza looked like it was just tossed together. I had to ask for the cups for my drinks because they never gave them to me. Dining area was nasty with trash on the tables and not wiped off. If I wanted this bad of an experience I would’ve went to Burger King or...
Read moreI didn't care for the experience. There was a sign on the counter telling everyone who wasn't paying with cash to use the order kosiak thing. We didn't care foe that. But unfortunately, my husband and son were already half way thru their order before I pointed it out to them and then we had to start the whole process all over again and couldn't find everything on the order device so we ended up asking the guy to come out from behind the counter to do it. He did. He was very nice! He didn't loose his cool and become ugly like I would have. But bottom line, don't make people do a job that they didn't sign up for when coming into an eating establishment. There are times I do pull up and ap and order from my phone and then then go out to pick it up or have it delivered but for fastfood places like this to have these machines in them to "make you" do the work yourself is just wrong.
