McDonald's — Restaurant in Lincolnton

I visited boger city McDonald's today after my daughter and her husband went there last night and was treated very unprofessional. My daughter ordered on line for pick up, waited 20 mins after arriving there and Noone brought the food out they proceeded to go in and we're told there bringing it out to your vehicle, so they went back our and the food was brought out however the sauces they ordered were not in the bag everywhere sauce was in the bag, they went to the drive through window 1 and was told to go to window #2 they pulled up and my the cashier handed a bag out the window, my son in law stated that's not my food I just need the sauces I ordered with my food, the cashier told him she knew she had put the sauces in the bag however she did but it was not what they ordered it was every other sauce they had. She slammed the window and turned away. My daughter started yelling which is definitely not the way to handle the situation however the window was shut so they probably didn't hear her, my daughter called and to speak to the manager and she said to her that the cashier better never slammed the window on her husband again, the manager said your being hostile and hung the phone up on her, my daughter called back and the Manager put the cashier on the phone as the manger. I stopped by there today and asked for the general managers number she would not give me the number I showed her a screenshot of the order and asked her if she remember it she told me no and that I was being hostile and she would call the police, her cashiers were laughing at the conversation and making side gestures. I run a business and have for many years no the customers are not always right however customer service is part of a mangers job, and without customers theres no business I would think that management would carry thereselves in a different manner and be leader in front of there team. My daughter did nor even feel safe to eat the food. How I was treated today was unreal, so I can just imagine how they were treated last night, over there staff putting the wrong sauces in the bag. This is the worst McDonald's location. It's always something every time we go here. When it first opened it was the nicer location, but now the employee's are so rude and fowl mouthed it's rediculos they are still employed. We went inside and placed our order to go. We ordered two 20 piece nuggets, 2 McChicken sandwiches, lg. Fry, 3 lg drinks, a bacon egg cheese biscuit, and a LG. dbl qtr pounder meal. When they called our number, we told the girl (Chelsea) that we were missing 2 drinks. She grabbed a cup and slammed it on the counter, we told her we were missing 2, so she grabs another one and slammed it on the counter even harder! Then I tell her we're missing fries...she said how many, I told her 2 lg. She rolled her eyes, got the fries and then threw the bag at me! I then ask her for some honey mustard, she gives me 3 and walks away. My husband filled up the cups while I was dealing with then food so we left. I got a few miles down the road and realized they left the bacon egg cheese biscuit out. So we turn around, went back and got it and drove home to eat cold food. The manager on duty soaid absolutely nothing about her rudeness, no apology for screwing up so bad with the order. I wasn't even that aggravated at the mess up until Chelsea got an attitude because I asked for the things I paid for! This location has really went down hill, it's nothing but employees fighting with each other and having fowl mouths. Once we got home we found out the cup she slammed down had cracked and leaked all in our truck, the fries were only half full, and of course we only had 3 sauces for 40 nuggets! Will not be returning to this...

The manager took my order at the drive view window. I ordered a fish, pumpkin pie, and a medium Iced mocha.When I pulled around to the window to pick my order up, he made some kind of drink that was not what I ordered. I told them that's not what I ordered, I get a medium iced mocha, the price is $3.19, and I get it every time I come there, and I told them to just look at the picture, that the drink he made is wrong. And the other employees jumped in and said that he's the manager and he knows what he doing. And they kept on and I told them I get a medium iced mocha here all the time and that's not it. And they kept on insisting that the manager got it right when I know he didn't because I get it all the time, that I told them just give me my money back. She told me to move my car to the next window and if I didn't, they were going to call the cops on me. And I told her to just give me my money back for everything that I ordered and she threatened again that they were going to call the cops if I didn't move my car. I did move my car to the next windows and finally they gave me my refund for everything. I've NEVER been treated so badly at a fast food restaurant all because he (the manager) didn't make my drink right and they treated me so badly like I was in the wrong when I always order a medium iced mocha and know what it looks like and the drink that he made that he insisted was a medium iced mocha looked nothing like what I always get.
