Summer hours are different than online first of all. Open til 9:30 every night, not 9pm. A party of 7 went at 9pm on a Sunday. Before we started ordering, we're told we are aloud to get ice cream, but aren't aloud to sit at the tables because they close at 9:30. I asked, "You mean to tell me that we aren't aloud to sit at the tables until 9:30 and then we'll leave?" We were told no. When asked of this was a manager's "rule," they responded, "yes." At that point, 2 more people walked in the door, so 9 customers are in line, and it takes the staff 30 minutes to get the orders fulfilled. Why? Because there were 3 staff working and only 2 filling orders. The other 1 was too worried about mopping. On top of all that, my order was messed up. A simple iced tea latte turned into a Frappuccino. I'm wondering if they staff were even trained. I don't think showing customers the proper appreciation is too much to ask for. Where are the managers? Having chairs up on tables and mopping before they close is rude. I don't know how long this will last so go get your "experience of a life time" before it's no longer...
Read moreVery pricey, but Owners are doin a fantastic job keeping customers safe during Pandemic. Were frequent customers, ordered 2 cones of ice cream, hadnt gotten far at all when hubbys ice cream just toppled over off the cone. No ice cream dwn in cone at all. Told associate said nothing could be done. Talked with owners daughter next visit super sweet girl. Sent her dad(owner) out. He told me he was already aware of incident that he couldnt just give out free ice cream because someone dropped theirs, handed me a card for 1 free scoop next visit, which i declined. First off i didnt drop it it fell over off the cone, second of all you wouldnt have been giving me anything, i payed for the 2 scoops that wasnt placed on cone correctly. Will never go bak, not a big loss way too expensive and ice cream taste like boxed supermarket kind . We went there because we felt safe because they keep things clean and have safe practices. Seen lot of Lowes customers walk by look at PRices s and leave. Money is more important...
Read moreI use to work at Morganâs in 2006 and the coconut chocolate almond was my fav so I decided to get that ice cream and what I was served was definitely NOT Hersheyâs ice-cream (there were NO chocolate chunks and instead it had caramel swirls). The server insisted it was and so I asked for the just plain coconut ice creamâŚ. Then she proceeded to tell me it had almond chunks! Makes no sense to a plain coconut ice cream. These two specific FLAVORS should REALLY be renamed since you can not even see the ice cream they are serving you anymore by closing the inside lobby!!!! Very disappointed on the false...
