We went inside to order the 50 piece chicken nugget bucket, the floor was sticky, and the place was dirty. After waiting in line for 5 minutes, we get up. There's nobody who says a word to us. We waited for about 5 minutes to get acknowledged. We put in our order staff wasn't friendly especially considering that they didn't acknowledge our existence for 5 minutes apparently they also had a problem with the reciptes were it only printed one so if they got your order wrong you wouldn't have your receipt and you have to trust the staff to not mess up your order. Had to sit down because they were taking forever, and theres a baby seat with who knows what's on it probably never been cleaned. I don't think anybody is cleaning that place. In the 25 minutes minus the 5 minutes they took to even acknowledge us, we were waiting 3 groups of people left, and they got a persons order wrong, which they took 15 minutes to figure out and make. Keep in mind that there has been a full line this whole time with multiple groups of people. The staff doesn't care, nor do they want to be there. The 50 pc chicken nuggets were burnt after all the time we waited they couldn't make chicken nuggets in half an hour. Definitely mismanaged and poorly trained do not plan to return and will advise...
Read moreI've almost never had worse service in my life. I waited in line almost 30 minutes and there were only about 4 or 5 cars ahead of me. Then they got the order wrong and I had to park, go inside just to be ignored. I've noticed that place's like Wendy's (and McDonald's even worse,) but when you go inside to order whether you're dining in or not, they ignore customers and are devoting all their attention to the drive thru only. They don't even bother to acknowledge your presence. I finally was addressed after standing at the counter well over 5 minutes and I asked for the Mgr.Well what an arrogant, rude, condescending jerk he was. I can't remember his name but I'll know that face. I myself don't care for Wendy's but my husband likes their double cheese burgers occasionally. The food and service that day a few weeks ago in the city of Lincolnton Nc was both horrible and not worth the time and money. We won't be back and if we do decide to ever dine with Wendy's again in the future, it will be another location and I hope for better quality and service. Read moreWe ordered through the drive-thru. They couldn't scan my QR code on my Wendy's app, so I wasn't able to get my points from my purchase. Then they handed me my food but never handed me my card back or my receipt. I realized after I had already moved out of the drive-thru lane, so I had to park and go in. When I went in and asked for my card and receipt, they tried telling me that they didn't have my card. I had to argue with them and explain that, yes, they most definitely did. I had to confirm the name on the card and they still were hesitant to give me my card back. Once I finally got my card back, they didn't want to give me my receipt. I normally wouldn't care about a receipt, but for financial reasons, I actually really needed it. They honestly asked me what my order number was so they could print my receipt out..... Just think about that. How could I possibly know my order number if I never received my receipt? After they kept shouting at me from the drive thru area instead of just walking up to the counter to speak with me, and I had to repeat my order three times before they brought me my receipt.
