The B Birria & Burgers — Restaurant in Lindale

I just had an incredible burger from The B Birria & Burgers in Lindale, Tx.

The line was out the door when I first arrived but it didn’t stop me at all. Plus, the line moved rather quickly.

I ordered “The B”. It’s their signature burger topped with birria style meat, candied bacon, pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, chipotle sauce, and a jalapeño cheddar sourdough bun. It’s also served with fresh hand cut fries.

The burger itself was seared to perfection. The fat to meat ratio was more than ideal for a tender and juicy patty. The shredded beef on top of the patty was excellent and full of flavor. The grilled onions and the chipotle sauce were such a nice added touch to an overall amazing burger. The perfectly toasted jalapeno cheddar sourdough bun did a fantastic job of holding everything together, while adding another element into the mix.

The fries deserve a paragraph of their own, seeing as they’re in a league of their own. They are crispy on the outside with a fluffy, pillowy interior. What really sets them apart is the signature sweet and salty seasoning. It’s a perfect blend of sugar, seasoning salt, and something else that I’m assuming is brown sugar. Each bite hits that addictive sweet and savory balance. They remind me of a better version of Wingstop fries. By the way, the amount of fries they give you is insane!!!

Tiny little place i didn't pay much attention to decoration (8/27/2025 went back today very sparsley decorated with a few signs up but who's going for the decor, theyre there for the food) as i was starving that day and had a companion with me. The food was amazing. Omg I was blown away. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. The quesabirria tacos were mouthwatering by themselves but add the consume, and it was like that scene from Rattatouille where Remmy the rat gets struck by lightning and discovers cooked food.

1/3lb Burger patty, grilled onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, candied bacon, chipotle mayo, mozzarella and pepper jack cheeses between two grilled flour tortillas 🤯🔥🔥 *served on corn tortilla for a gluten free option!!! All for 11.11 plus tip of course. It was good and interesting. Not something I'd order everyday. 5/5 for filling, 5/5 for price (even when its not on special like it is on Wednesdays) its still a great discount option. 3.5/5 on taste for me. Hands down the best burger in the area. We stumbled across The B Birria & Burgers about a month ago, and we’ve already ordered from them three times since—it’s that good. Their burgers are absolutely delicious. The bread is slightly sweet with (what I think are) pieces of jalapeño baked in, and it’s the perfect balance of flavor and texture.

The queso is excellent, and my son loves both the grilled cheese and the quesadillas—he says they’re some of the best he’s had. Red meat usually makes me feel sick, but I’ve never had that issue with this place, which says a lot about the quality and care they put into their food.

We always order online, and one of my favorite parts is reading the little notes the owner leaves—sharing his dreams and goals for the restaurant and how much he hopes each person might spend. I thought that was so genuine and inspiring, so I always try to add a little more to support.
