unfortunately despite all these good reviews I will rate this place zero. here is the story and check it out yourself next time when you order or maybe they read my review and change this bad habit. The lady behind register touch almost everywhere from pen, phone and especially money and people’s credit card. I ordered a roast beef sub and she jumped into the kitchen without washing her hands or uses any gloves she prepared my food the way I can’t believe I’ve been getting my food here last 3 years. what she did definitely make me sick, she transfer all the germs to the bar where they stir onion, tomato, cheese and etc and she uses no gloves to slicing roast beef, bread and other preparation. that was disgusting. Very clean inside. I got a bacon, egg and cheese to go; and a pastrami sandwich that had the softest bread you could ask for, I'll give them that. Not sure why it only had meat and cheese on it though. I guess it's my fault for not asking for lettuce and tomatoes, etc. However I will say I felt like I was bothering them when placing my order. No greeting when I got there, and I stood there for a solid 2 minutes before a lady from the kitchen asked if I called in an order, to which I said no. Stood there for another minute and the cashier lady that was taking order whist continued eating an empanada while talking. Another dude from the kitchen was stocking the fridge spoke eventually, but I still had to wait to order, in between bites and her conversation. Most of the other reviewers are correct, it's an overall 5 stars taking into account, food quality, quantity and service. It's extremely easy to make this a "regular place". Good quality bread and Thumanns cold cuts used. Fast service, place the call and your hot cooked food is ready in roughly 10 to 15 minutes depending. If you pay close enough attention you'll notice that most customer's in the store are happy and appear to be eagerly anticipating their food.
