Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Linden

If I could give no stars I would. I am not a huge fan of dominos however my children requested a couple of their sandwiches this friday night. No problem kids! I place my order via the app at approx 6pm for delivery. It is now 9:54pm and I am just getting back from picking up this order in the rain. I called the store multiple times with no answer so requesting a refund was impossible-i had to venture out. I arrived-my order was not at the store nor had it been delivered-the rude “manager”-young lady with brown black natural hair asks me what i wanna do. I would like my food as well as to compensated for the inconvenience-i can refund you the delivery fee-well that was definitely a no brainer. Not one time did she apologize for the inconvenience. Then she attempted to call the driver to retrieve the now 2 1/2 hour old order. I told her I am not accepting that order and make it fresh thanks. Attitude. Im told to wait 15 mins which turned into 25. As i wait the phone is ringing unanswered, she has to tell the person making the pizza to remake my sandwiches 3 different times, there is a customer on the phone who has waited 4 hours per the worker in the store and his order was incorrect. He advises they will remake and it will be 30 mins for delivery. The customer was not happy and requested a free pizza-he spoke to said manager who told the employee I should make you pay for that-you made the mistake. They proceed to take food from another order thats been sitting so the driver can take that to the irrate customer on the phone and they will remake for the other customer/so now the customer on the phone gets a not fresh item. Once my order was ready the rude “manager” comes to walk three boxes out-forgetting perhaps that i requested at the very least my delivery fee as well as tip be refunded. With an attitude she advises that i should wait until tomorrow and that the refund takes 3-5 days to come back to my card and they have to charge my card AGAIN for the remade order not just refund me the difference. I tell her im not waiting until tomorrow-she provides the receipts and i asked for a bag-for my items-she grabs a bag and basically flings it at me-instead of bagging my items. I let her have a piece of my mind at that point. Whoever owns this location-you really need to re educate your staff. Everyone in there did not know what they were doing! Nor do your drivers who probably at my food. I will never visit this or any other dominos again. The most disgusting experience regarding food ive ever had.oh and Ive reported this location to the corporate officeperhaps they take these...

I hope whoever manages this dominos reads this because this place has a lot of issues. And as someone who has worked in a restaurant earlier in his life I really have to blame it on management and not the employees.

If I want a dominoes fix i often go to ones further away despite this one’s closeness because it’s always an issue. Either I get there and the food hasn’t been started despite the tracker saying it’s done or them telling me they don’t have the ingredients for my order after I already walk in the door as opposed to calling me.

However, one thing I notice is it’s only ever one employee at a time working the line. They are always nice and friendly here but how can a management team expect one person to take calls, ring up customers, expedite orders and make the food? Support your employees and hire more people. And if you can’t hire more people be there at the store providing the support as opposed to leaving one poor person to try and do everything on their own for whatever low wage they must be...

Ordered pizza around 10/10:20pm on Sunday 5/2/2021 which they closed at 12 pm you would have thought they made the delivery but no I was charged quality check happen at 10:42 but never was delivered worst experience especially when your son waiting for food before bed so eventually what else happen was that food was never delivered I called and I was hung up on and then I had to go out of my way drive in my car to this location to find that an employee or manager was still there and also the delivery driver so why wasn’t delivered I don’t know but this domino is not reliable as this was a very aggravating night which I ended up buying McDonald’s as well as not getting my refund until the next day after the night it happen that my order would be canceled but yet I still had to call to make sure I got a refund but also I had a free pizza and they best to be putting that back as well as they didn’t even try to accommodate theirs f up so I got nothing back no accommodation of a percentage off or even...
