I recently had a great experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location, largely thanks to Monica's exceptional customer service. I had placed a last-minute, sizable order and was worried about whether it could be fulfilled on such short notice. However, Monica stepped in and ensured that the order was taken care of promptly. I’ve came here almost everyday on my way to work. The food was always fresh especially the hash browns and coffee just how I like it. But it’s the service that kept me coming to this specific one when there is two others I could easily go to. Long over due review for Joao Paulo. Who always was so friendly and kind. Didn’t matter my mood, it would change when I was greated by such a kind hearted person. Triple check your order before you consume it and before you leave! We ordered two decaffeinated drinks (decaf coffee and herbal tea) in the evening. We were served both a caffeinated coffee (which we noticed and were able to avoid drinking) and served a caffeinated breakfast tea which I did not notice until it was too late. Unwanted caffeine can really mess with people. Please be more careful!
