I was getting a full set acrylic with gel and there’s 4 workers and 4 clients so not exactly busy. And when I came in there wasn’t anybody. The lady starts doing my nails and right off the bat I could tell we didn’t jive she just seemed off and bc it wasn’t busy I did take my time picking the color which I know can be annoying from their perspective. Well one of the nails came out much shorter than the rest. And when I pointed it out she just brushed it off and said she’d fix it then picked up a phone call during and I could feel myself getting upset and asked for someone else.

Listen I’m normally not this picky and I know we’re in a pandemic but everything is so expensive now if I’m doing a beauty treatment it’s kind of become a way to help my mental health. Just a destress I think I feel guilty spending money on myself so when it’s an unpleasant experience it just makes it feel more like a waste of money.

Plus full sets are not cheap. I think it’s a two fold of treating myself but also wanting to support small businesses. I don’t think that nail techs should bend over backwards for clients but I dunno maybe don’t answer a call if the client is already unhappy with your work.

I used to come here frequently but this will be the last time.

It’ll be interesting to see them match the two nails because I’ll have two short nubs lol.

I think there are a lot of nail studios that charge high prices but to be frank the work is not consistent or mediocre at best.

If anyone reads this comment and has a nail salon that actually does good work let me know.

Services are not cheap and I’m just tired of paying 60-80 for work that’s worth 30 max.

When "Pro nails" did not complete my waxing correctly, leaving my eyebrows uneven and not fully waxed, and the right side of my lip not waxed at all also my eyelash extensions I called the next day since all but 2 remained on my left eye and 4 on my right eye was told not a problem come in and Tracy will make sure they are all fixed correctly. I did and when I got there Tracy said they would absolutely fix their mistakes....if I paid again for their horrible service's!!! So I said absolutely not and even stated what I was told eyelash extentions last 2 and a half weeks she had told me as well as the girl who did them. Tracy said no, once I left they do not honor there guarantee !! So I left went to studio where I normally go but had been in a rush coming home from work that day. Not only did they fix my eyelash extensions, waxing, but did an amazing job on my full set. I will be heading in today or tomorrow with my daughter for her mani pedi and my spa pedi! Oh, and the horrible job " Pro nails" next to 711 on St. Georges ave did Studio fixed !! They also were kind enough to only charge for my nails and 10 for my extensions! What an AMAZING way to treat customers!! I would give 20 stars if I could!! Thank...

I have been going there for the pass 1 yr. and I MUST say that the Latina ladies do an amazing job. Now, you may be wondering why I give 1 star right? Here it goes.... Management is the worst, customer services is not professional. I was getting my nails done by the owner when I first started, but decided to try the Spanish ladies and they did my nails better than the owner of the nail salon. I went one day because my nail was lifting due to weight training and kickboxing and I approach the owner and told her I need one nail fix, but her response was "I don't do other people nails" It's your employee who did my nails? Does it matter? Really? She was rude, which I could be even more rude, but my response was.... I'm waiting here and you are going to fix my nail... I'm not going to get hurt while training because you refuse to fix my nail. It's sad how the OWNER got upset because her employee does nails better and she is LATINA!!!!
