When we went to pay for our items and we wanted a pint of vodka which is kept on the shelves behind the counter. I asked the young lady attending the register to get me a bottle she did not understand what I was saying I kept on pointing at the bottle and she kept on getting the wrong bottles. The young lady did not speak Not one a word of English she had to call another young woman to help her now there both speaking in Polish the other woman asked us what we wanted and she had a very bad attitude because I guess we got her out of whatever she was doing out in the back. When the young lady was going to sum up our items we had purchase she had sum up our wine twice so now she was not sure how to delete it off our receipt so again the other woman at to intervene and she was not happy about it she was very pissed off and giving us dirty looks while deleting it off the register. My friend said maybe if you train your workers properly and have someone who speaks English you wouldn't need to be called every 5mins. She rolled her eyes at us. My friend said add a bag of ice to our total so while my friend was paying I went and grab a bag of ice when I came back to the register the young lady Sunbelt on the register 2 bag of ice at this point everything was already paid for. I told her know everything is paid for all I want is a bag to put my ice in I said remember we already payed for it. I said again no this is payed for I grabbed the bags myself and told the other woman you better get someone who understand and speak English to work behind the register. Because this took longer then what it needed to take and you're going to get a lot of complaints and unhappy customers and your going lose business. Then both of them started talking in Polish. There was many people working behind one counter and not one person put a carboard insert to separate the bottles that I was buying. When I was going home, the bottlet collided and one of the bottles broke in my car. I called and spoke to the manager, explaining to him that I had a receipt and also that no one put an insert. The manager said it wasn't his probmem. I worked for a major distributor, so I know that all he had to do was ship it back to the company, without him having to pay for a dime.
