ATENCIÓN Dunkin!!!!!! Amo ir a este lugar especialmente porque de todos los DD aquí me gustan como preparan el Hot Chocolate! Y le digo siempre a mi pareja que creo que sirven más snackin bacon que otros lugares, pero lo que nos ocurrió hoy fue muy molesto… LES CUENTO!! Llegamos a este DD y pedimos dos snackin bacon, un hot chocolate y un Macha latte. La persona que nos atendió nos dio los snackin bacon fríos… algo que nunca nos había pasado! Mi pareja le dijo que no los quería porque estaban fríos y esta persona del servicio le contestó que así es que vienen, pero como somos clientes habituales le dijimos que eso no es así. La persona de servicio tomó los snackin bacon de regreso un poco molesto y cuando regresó nos los entregó QUEMADOS!!! Nos entregó también el hot chocolate y un “Ice Macha latte” cuando lo que pedimos fue un Macha Latte… la persona que nos atendió cerró la ventanilla y se fue… Nosotros humildemente nos retiramos del lugar, pero nos fuimos decepcionados por el servicio de esta noche. Lo chistoso de todo esto es que aparte de comer snackin bacon quemados, el Ice macha Latte “que no pedimos” estaba full de hielo… 🤣😓 que dolor… te amo DD, pero no me dañes el servicio. 💔

Gabriella, the manager, was very unprofessional in her management. My order was incorrect, and I was overcharged. This has now happened more than once. On top of that, I didn’t receive the doughnut I ordered, and the overall customer service was poor, with staff showing negative attitudes.

Whoever the owner is needs to get rid of their manager Gabriella! I don’t know who in the right mind would ever hire such a rude, unprofessional, disgusting person to assist in running this store. This was my favorite Dunkin, but after yesterday morning I will not go back there. I placed my order and noticed there were bugs flying around top of muffins and munchkins. I mentioned it to Cashier and other female worker. The short girl with raspy voice and black hair told me she could not throw away muffins/donuts eventhough bugs were crawling all over and inside the case.
