I recently purchased a refrigerator from them and I honestly love it ,it's gorgeous..I was referred from my managers and my dad they shop their all the time but for some reason after almost a month my refrigerator stop getting cold and the freezer stop freezing😤 I literally just went food shopping for $400 worth of groceries and everything is going bad I called the store to tell them my situation and 11 AM on Friday morning the guy said he'll call me back after he speak to his boss by 1 PM that afternoon ......no one called me back ...I then called them back Saturday at around 6 PM I spoke to a representative named Tonya who was very disrespectful and rude she argued with me and I asked her a few times to change the tone of her voice she refused to and kept yelling at me then eventually hung up on me,from that experience alone I will never refer them to anyone else TONYA has horrible customer service I'm...

Fixed my Whirlpool refrigerator for 480 3 or 4 weeks after i ear strange noises I did check an all screws inside were losing and couple missing, fortunately my wife saw the screws at the floor, so I proceed to tight and noise is gone, it was a real poor job for 480. They replace a sensor and the main board, I'm adding a picture of the sensor, but they also broke a corner of the plastic case of the trying to opened with one screw inserted in a corner. Do not fix your appliance with this company. Update on 02/18/2025; barely 2 months after they fixed, the refrigerator stops making ice on freezer side and stop cool on the right side, perhaps they use a old main board to fixed or they didn't fix correctly, so I lose $480.00 and buy a new refrigerator in Home Depot store at Linden Aviation Plaza. Unbelievable we bought a USED Samsung model rfg237aars frig worth $3000 when it first came out "New" ..it works just like new for only $600 got it a few weeks ago and no problems can't believe how nice it is and how much room this stainless steel French door refrigerator works.. also got a NEW 8000 btu AC for only $175. I STRONGLY recommend this place

**UPDATE OCTOBER 1,2024 2YEARS LATER THE FRIG CRAPS OUT AND STOPS GETTING COLD ON US WE GO BACK HERE AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE FULL PRICE TO COME OUT AND REPAIR IT.... NOT WORTH THE PRICE FRIG DIDNT LAST LONG ENOUGH AT THIS PRICE..
