Viva Los Vegans — Restaurant in Linden

I have been to the restaurant once, most of the food is not great, but I was ordering one particular dish regularly through doordash. As of today, I will NEVER order from this place again. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING, and they have ZERO!!!

I called because the thing I ordered regularly suddenly was $6 more than it just was 2 weeks ago. When the man answered the phone he said “how can I help you?” I replied “I don’t know because I don’t know where I called”… he hung up.

I called back and when he answered saying the exact same thing, I said “where am I calling, you did not say the name of the business so I don’t know if I have the right place. He said l”who are you calling”? I said “what business is this”?

He refused to answer and argued with me, then hung up.

I sent a very nasty text because based on the automated system saying no voicemail was set up, I knew it was a cell phone.

Im literally just leaving this establishment second time in the past week i came in and the young man that usually there wasn't there and the young lady that is there horrible custom service the food is good but service is horrible with that young lady and the attitude is piss poor the first encounter this past Friday was disgusting the mother had to stop cooking to assist her in doing our raspadilla the right way after putting it in a bowl and dropping it on the table and stating that this is how we doing it with an attitude and walked off when I've been coming there for a few weeks and wasn't treated with this unprofessional disgusting attitude after spend $80+ i will still recommend the food but only go there when the gentleman is working there reason for the 3 stars and im being generous customer service...

I’ve come here many times and haven’t had any issues until today. Not sure what the girl who was working the front todays name is but she had a very nasty attitude over the phone like of bothers her to have to work. What a weirdo. I then ordered açaí bowls and when I came inside to get them glad I came in btw bc she was cutting up the fruit with her bare hands no gloves not only did she not have gloves but she was touching her phone n then going back to touch my food with her bare hands. Not to mention a dog also came from behind the counter where the kitchen is. It could be a great place if they followed sanitary procedures and prioritized customer service. I definitely won’t be giving any of my money to this...
