Pizza Man — Restaurant in Lindström

I ordered 3 times from this one in lindstrom. The first 2 times the pizza were luke warm or worse. I had to threaten them the third about going elsewhere to get pizza and they brought it hot for once. Also the second time I ordered from them the driver went to the wrong door, even though we gave clear instructions to the woman over the phone. The driver claimed he didn't receive those instructions and plus he forgot our pop in his car. He didn't even say anything about it until paid him and brought it up. Their pizza is overpriced. They had this in store coupon deal for a 1 topping medium pizza for 8.99. Down the street for them Dominos had the same deal for 5.99. And they still have. And don't get me started on the large pizza the pizzas are highway robbery. They really should change things. I know people have off days but geez. It's like every time when I order. At least when Dominos messes up the price isn't high so it like I'm not losing much, plus they do...

We’ve ordered from Pizza Man many times over the years and have loved their pizza. However, today I ordered for delivery and it took 2 hours for our pizzas to arrive! No surprise the pizza was cold/dried out and crust was no longer crisp. Very disappointing. I called multiple times and was put on hold twice before I spoke to someone. They said the driver was on the way and we were an early stop on the route…40 minutes later, the pizza arrived. No indication of how swamped they were or delayed with orders or deliveries. A simple heads up would have been great so we could switch to pick up instead...

This used to be our favorite place but recently the pizza (specifically the Deluxe) has been half the toppings as normal, and more expensive. Thought maybe we got them on a bad day before, but tonight we ordered extra pineapple and literally got 5 tiny pieces on a jumbo deluxe pizza. other toppings were also light, and it was more expensive than normal. Seems to be kind of flavorless as well, not sure what changed. Sadly we are no longer going to order from here since this seems to be...
