Dear, I am writing to express my sincere disappointment with the service provided by a waitress named Bitr...se at Golden Corral Buffet & Grill in Manassas. I feel compelled to bring to your attention that her behavior was exceptionally rude and unprofessional, which significantly detracted from my dining experience at your establishment.
From the moment I arrived, I attempted to get the attention of my table's assigned waitresses in order to request water. Unfortunately, they consistently walked past me without acknowledging my presence. Recognizing that they might have been busy, I decided to approach another waitress (Bit..r) to ask for assistance. To my dismay, her response was shockingly disrespectful, instructing me to go away and interact solely with my assigned waitress.
Not only was this dismissive attitude frustrating, but it also clearly violated the basic standards of service that one would expect from a restaurant of your caliber.
Adding to my dissatisfaction, I further requested to speak with a supervisor but waited for an astonishing 30 minutes without anyone addressing my concern. This level of neglect and lack of response is entirely unacceptable. Moreover, the cashier allegedly showed me to a manager, a very young individual with a nose ring. However, upon approaching her, she redirected me to another supervisor because she was busy fixing a holiday banner at the window. This encounter only reinforced my disappointment in the situation.
I am deeply disappointed by the treatment and lack of professionalism demonstrated by your waitress and the apparent lack of managerial response. I trust that you will treat this matter seriously and take prompt actions to ensure that such behavior does not recur in the future.
I respectfully request a response or apology from your establishment regarding this incident. It is crucial that you understand the impact such behavior has on your customers and the reputation of your restaurant.
I urge you to take appropriate measures in this regard, whether it involves additional training for your staff, or any necessary steps to prevent similar incidents from occurring again. As a valued customer, I believe it is only fair to be treated with respect and courtesy, setting the standard for my dining experience at your restaurant.
I sincerely hope that you will address my complaint earnestly and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. I eagerly await your response, outlining your plan of action to ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the...
Read moreSo I went to Golden corral’s for Easter 2023 with my children I’m a divorced mother of six and so I decided to take my kids to this restaurant as a treat for them little did I know that I was gonna be treated with prejudice by the server because I did not speak Spanish I look Spanish but I don’t speak Spanish I understand it but I don’t speak it, because I did not speak it she despitefully treated me and my children so wrong. She would ignore our tables and walked past us as if we didn’t exist, Didn’t want us there at all. She didn’t service the drinks correctly she didn’t ask us how we were doing she didn’t come and clean our tables I had to keep doing it and bringing the dishes to the other servers at their station. Even the other servers were upset because they had seen how horrible she was despising us it didn’t seem like she even cared that she could have lost her job because of it she was just so resentful and my children are so young they lost their father not too long ago and for her to not even care that her job was so important to do not just for the company reputation but also important to God! Being prejudice is not the will of God!
I spoke to the manager about this He said he will have a talk with her so next time she won’t do it again but to be honest with you I don’t know what kind of talk will convince somebody not to be prejudice again!! My children were scarred they have a scar in their heart because of what went on I will never come back to this place again I don’t recommend this place to anyone who will be service by this server if she gets to keep her job ! It was absolutely wrong. All the other servers we’re wonderful and helpful to me and my children they even stepped in to help after seeing that the server that was assigned to us did not want to come...
Read moreAs I got out of the car, I smelled the delicious smell of my very favorite restaurant, Golden Corral. The smell became more fruitful as I walked into the building. The wafting scent of the not too greasy steak, the bathroom, and all the delectable baked goods. As I grabbed my plate I went for my all time favorites, the chicken, the roll, and the fruit. However, the line was quite long, but no amount of time could keep me away from my chicken. As I waited for my roll, I grabbed the chicken, ripping into its perfectly crunchy and seasoned skin. With every bite better than the other. My face, drenched with the chicken grease, but my brain filled with serotonin. Others watching were terrified, seemingly getting sick at the sight. I was overwhelmed with embarrassment but knew that it was worth it. The crowed cleared as I sprinted for a roll. I grabbed it, but it slipped, falling onto the counters and the buttery goodness making it slip onto the floor. My eyes stared to water, with an overwhelming amount of sadness filling not just my heart but my very soul. I grabbed another piece, but I knew deep down we had lost another soldier. As I sat down, feeling lost and alone, I saw others staring at me, side eyeing me. I knew my face was red with sadness and anger but I couldn’t help it. I went to the bathroom and let out sobs, not just from the bread but from the past trama of my life. The smell of others poop and pee filled my nose, however it was somewhat comforting. My sadness soon turned to happiness as I realized I could go and get my favorite sour fruit. I ate, happily, while thinking of all the soldiers we had lost along the way, the food I had ingested. Then I woke up. Dripping in sweat while sitting in a pool of it. I sent a prayer to the lord, and went...
