Old Navy — Local services in Linton Hall

I went to old navy around 6pm on April 29. I wanted to return 3 things i got a few months ago because they didn’t for right so wanted to get different sizes. As I’m waiting in line a young lady with long black hair and glasses asked if i was paying cash or card. I then stated i was there to exchange stuff. Then she called me over and said i need to exchange these 2 things for different sizes and i didn’t want this other item. So she continued to start the exchange and said oh you can’t return these cause you paid cash. I said no that’s not right because it was definitely with a card and then she continued to say no it was with cash. I did not say anything after for a it then she said oh yeah it was with card. Also as she was exchanging these items she was just throwing everything with an attitude. Then she stated okay these 2 items will be 50 dollars and i said it’s an exchange for different sizes can’t it just be on that card i used before (my dad had got me the cloths and he was not with me) and she then said no cause you didn’t say it was an exchange…i said it was an exchange multiple times and she just has a very aggressive attitude. Helpful associates and great overall service. One young lady I approached help me chose a pair of jeans I probably would have never tried on because I lost weight but have not purchased new jeans in years because I was losing weight. Totally surprised they fit so we'll.

Went back today for something I put in my online order but it would not let me do a pick up... I think something is off with the software for ordering pick up from the Manassas Virginia store. I have never been able to use this option. Doesn't work on my tablet and not on my phone... A few sizes can but never my normal size 14 in ANYTHING I put in my basket... It was futile... I think it's definitely a flaw somewhere. Makes using online order and pick up an impossibility. I had to physically go over to the store and make the purchase... Online option is rudimentary and poorly executed especially in the Manassas Virginia store on...

It's so difficult to find the A) the right size and B) the right length of jeans. I'm 6'3 and I really wish Old Navy would change their jean wall in the slightest way: Put Tall/Long jeans in all sizes on the high shelves (honestly, they're pretty high up) and put all Short/Petite jeans on the low jeans (omg they are too low for me to see!). I spent about 30 minutes searching for pants alongside two other tall women having the same issue and agreeing that this has been an issue since the dawn of Tall Women.

Please, Old Navy. We love your products. Tall clothes are hard to find. You have tall ceilings. Please consider this...
