Lane Bryant — Local services in Linton Hall

I enjoy shopping there. Usually they are all beyond helpful. One of the biggest reasons I shop there. Have for quite a few years. This past visit I meant a clerk named, "Amber". She was phonomina!! I mean.. you tell her what your looking for and, she would bring a lot if options. While I was in the dressing room. Amber would bring you "some thing else if the first try didn't work! nailed it every time. She isnt too forward or pushy. Super polite. I would like to have her as my shopping buddy!! She can really fit you perfectly with a comfy bra! I almost forgot to pick-up some new undies but, guess who reminded me!!? Yep Amber!! I must say that all the women there were great on this visit. They really have the deals and I like that too. How my close fit. Just a super place to shop..They truly are kind and make it a special place to shop. I hope I never run into the guy again that worked there! He was so pushy, knew it all, and could never fit me to anything. Rude and, mouthy on top of that. Didn't come back for about a year after that experience. Im not snooty, rude, or demand anything. I just need a little help to find things and get them to fit correctly. It really makes it nice when you have a sales clerk who understands. Love My Lane...

The manager Anita (I think it's spelled wrong) helped me out by letting me exchange a bra that got destroyed and the wire came out. I thought the store wouldn't allow it, but that was a $50 bra so I figured I'd ask. I still has my receipt and it was less than three months old. I even bought an extra one because they had some promotion. Great customer service. I'm big cheated so this is the only place I can get a decent bra. They're good...

Staff was standard but not lane Bryant like. The manager is a calm firecracker. Was in the store with my wife and Witnessed the manager telling one of her employees that she is back from vacation and the employee won't get away with not folding the store clothes correctly.
