Update: Gave this location another try went on a Saturday night. It was not very busy couple tables filled and people at bar. There outside patio is open but we were unable to sit there because we were with our 8 year old and apparently kids have gotten into fights outside. Our waitress was kinda rude and did not know how to make Margaritas. Only alcohol was the Corona they put it in otherwise just tasted like Mango juice. The enchiladas were ok and fried rice was salty but they did change from Mexican rice to fried rice for us. Shrimp & Chicken pasta had exactly 4 shrimp in it but our kids enjoyed it. Husband did like octopus platter. They are still using hand written receipts which is odd. Menu has been updated with Margaritas and drinks. We went last Friday around 6 pm. We ordered several different platters and appetizers. Music playing had a lot of variety we enjoyed it. Even though we had some dislikes, we were overall happy with the food and service. Pros: We loved the food, especially the fajita platter, which came with fried rice instead of traditional yellow Mexican rice. The location is completely renovated, and the restaurant looks really good inside. Service was quick, and we were asked our opinions on the menu and how to improve. Mango margarita was delicious and had the right amount of alcohol. Cons: Tacos would be better without sauce that was added to it. We were charged more than the prices listed on the menu. Menu needs to be updated with margaritas and correct pricing. The ladies' bathroom had a broken light fixture that needed repairs, and it could be cleaner. We were given a handwritten receipt instead of a printout. There was a convenience fee added for paying with a credit card that was not told to us beforehand.

Some kind of odd Mexican and Asian fusion menu, where nothing is done well and you're left confused at the menu and options! Wishing they did one thing better and stuck to it. So let's start off with the salads and chips... the salsa was warm, tasted like tomato paste/sauce/marinara with some spicy tones. Fortunately only "the first one, was on them" because we wouldn't want more than the one half filled bad tasting salsa, sadly this is the one selling point or benefit to this type of restaurant is the bottomless chips and salsa, they ruined that. I'll say the fried catfish and shrimp was decent, crispy and lightly breaded, the fried rice tasted like it came out a frozen bag and the salad was worse than burger topping thrown on the plate with no dressing. The fries was the only thing that kept my wife and kids from going home starving. The adult fajitas, kids taco and quesadilla all taste of the same bad seasoning and the food didn't taste fresh. Leaving most of it on the plate. The Mexican rice and refried beans all tasted again out of a bag/ pre made less than enjoyable. The beans that came with the fajitas were very good, seemed to be homemade, had lots of flavor and I'd eat again, but it was strange in its own right with chunks of what looked like breakfast sausage in it. Haha. Now the establishment seemed to be very clean , was nice inside and a band looked to be showing up. But the service was slow, non attentive and missing most the time for a half empty restaurant with 3 or 4 other serves walking around. It was sadly not an enjoyable stop for dinner!

Always looking for something new, different and local, this place really stood out! Always looking for great seafood, this menu looked promising. There are so many choices but curiosity helped narrow it down. Chips and salsa were brought to the table with the menus. Drink orders arrived quickly as well. Never tried aguachili before so that was our appetizer. Originally ordered the red, but we're told that red is VERY spicy hot, so switched to green. Spicy is good and green aguachili shrimp was perfect. Now this is where things get curious... chow mein and fried rice at a Cancun Mexican restaurant? It had to be ordered. The Shrip Chow Mein was the absolute best! Ever have something at a restaurant and can't stop thinking or talking about it? That was the chow mein! Was visiting for work and now can't wait to go back for the aguachili shirp and chow mein!

I felt like I was being scammed. First the server, dulce not even sure if that’s her real name, was dismissive and acting annoyed. She kept walking away while we were ordering and forgetting things. We had to ask her several times for things even having to get up and ask for help. We ordered a coke since the menu says free refills. She brought us a bottle and we asked if it was free refills and she told us they don’t have fountain drinks. We asked if we could pick something else since the reason we got a coke was because of the free refills she said that she already put it in the system. She never showed up after we ordered only when we were ready to leave. We asked for the check and she came back with one check and told us gratuity was already included. We called her again and asked to split it since we all had different ways to pay. She tells us the system doesn’t allow her to split it. She comes back with the so called manager and he tells us the host should have told us about their policies. It was not our problem they couldn’t communicate. After a while of back-and-forth we asked for the other manager who came up to us briefly earlier. He said he was the only man ever on duty and that the other gentlemen wasn’t a manager. Later we found out he lied and there was in fact another manager they had not told us about. Which was the gentleman we asked for earlier. We asked for their names and they REFUSED to give us their names. First and last time here wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. They lied the whole time we were their and never told us about their policies until after the damage was done. Now I know why Dulce never came over bc it was easy money for her all she had to do was sit and wait because gratuity was already included. The vibe we got from all of them was “oh well not my problem, nothing I can...
