Ordering online is pointless here. It says go to the pick up area after you place your order on the website. I don't think there is a sign there anymore that the area is a designated pick-up area. I go stand there. Wait patiently for the lady to finish taking payment from other customers and state my order. She says something but I can't hear with all the noise at 12pm and they might be playing music too. She then continues bagging other orders and I just stand there waiting patiently. She is not going to help me unless I go stand infront of the register so I try again. I get my order. No "thank you" or anything and speaks in a tone like I'm bothering her.
I've been coming here for years and the pick-up process is the horrible compared to Jimmy Johns. Here's a few ways to fix this disaster: Hire extra staff is possible Remove the wall at the pick up area. How can a short person see if anyone is waiting there????? Put up a sign that this area is the designated pick-up area. Hire one person whose job it will be to keep looking in that direction and serve those people immediately.
There is no point in coming here at lunch time with an online order. Just go wait in line and you'll be served faster instead waiting like a fool by the soda machine. My heart goes out to the manager he's always there when I come in and there's always new staff so I get it. But the process needs to be changed. Read moreOh man was that an unpleasant encounter. 7:15pm on Wed 08/11/2021 A woman who identified herself as Amanda, assume she’s the manager. She was wearing a button shirt without a hat or apron. Dead giveaway for manager attire. This is where the resemblance to an efficient manager ends. Besides slamming things around and acting as though the customers were an inconvenience…complaining about their order, staring at the sky as people walked in, and attempting to take 7 orders at once there was something more appalling about her behavior …she didn’t actually speak to anyone for a minute. Just stared or gestured to take their order. My favorite was pointing at customers with the bread knife to take their order. I asked for her name as she did not have a name tag. (Amanda) At this point, the other customers and I began speaking loudly about Amanda as well as the service here. The consensus was we actually couldn’t believe that someone would be acting this rude. Suddenly, as tho she came to her senses or realized he mistake, she started trying to be hyper nice. Absolutely nobody in the store was buying it. As they were leaving with their order, the customer behind me retorted “she needs to be drug tested.” While I don’t know if that’s the case…if I found out one of my Crew Leaders behaved the way she did, I would have one more front line worker and one less Crew Leader.

Read moreForget this place for delivery.....off the list. They can't read an order ticket, and their customer service is THE WORST. We ordered 4 sandwiches for delivery online. Three showed up, and one of the three was made wrong. We live local and were very busy that night - so we had them deliver it . Mind you, I did pay for a delivery fee. We discovered the order was shorted and wrong so we immediately tried to call. Well, after 20 minutes of them NOT picking up the phone I drove over there. When I got in I explained, and they tried to give me the (hot at the time of ordering) sandwich that I had ordered/ was left behind. I said no f'n way, that sandwich is at least :30 minutes old, please make me a new one. After some fussing, they agreed to make a new sandwich. I then had them remake the other sandwich that was made wrong as well. I further explained my frustration, as I had tried to call them for 20 minutes and that they didn't pick up their phone. No response. I paid a delivery fee, and had to drive over there to have them redo stuff, nothing again! Not an apology, nothing. They need some serious retraining. How about a coupon? How about refunding my delivery? Jersey Mike's just has some BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
