Of all places, I never ever thought I would write a negative review on Jamba Juice or Auntie Annie's. I guess there's a first for everything. I was planning to go get a free smoothie and pretzel but bring my wife along to buy her a smoothie and pretzel also. I decided to call before driving there as it's only 15 minutes away. I spoke to a gentleman on phone Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 12:32pm. I asked about the coupon and was informed they will no longer accept it without giving me a valid reason. The coupon expired July 21, 2025. I was SHOCKED! This is Jamba Juice and Auntie Annie's who not only believes in CUSTOMER SERVICE but preaches it in their employee training. The owners of the jamba juice I met once in Legacy told me that they would never disappoint a customer as they only know customer service. Here I am writing a negative review due to the current owner of this new Jamba Juice forgetting the true meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Has inflation finally hit Jamba Juice and Auntie Annie's to become like Subway who only believes in money..not the customer? We see where Subway is heading due to that...possibly bankruptcy and less franchise owners.
Well I love the smoothies as Green Matcha is my FAV! I just cannot believe they did this. I was about to start going there as my Jamba Juice to go to but guess I will have to drive further to the Preston one if I go to Jamba Juice at all anymore. I believe in customer service and I truly thought Jamba Juice and Auntie Annie's was on that list of few restaurants that believes in it as well like Chic Fila who accepts a coupon no matter the expiration date. You see they are always crowded with loyal customers. There's a reason why....

They had us waiting and we hadnāt even placed our order. We decided to leave as well and looked and saw there was only one customer in the store. They clearly forgot they told us to wait and they didnāt check in with us and then didnāt hear us asking how much longer it would be over the intercom. This is the second time this has happened....
