My wife received 2 gifts cards for here. Booking with a gift card is very difficult and can’t be done online. She had been in communication with this business to book and he’s horrible at responding (text/email). I had to email him to respond and get a confirmation. My wife confirmed her appointment the day prior. The day of the appointment my wife was driving to drop off our daughter at gymnastics. Because she didn’t respond to this guys text message or call 30 minutes prior to her appointment, he canceled the appointment. Even though she had confirmed the day prior. My wife was shocked/confused and called him and asking why he canceled because they had confirmed the day before. He then proceeded to tell my wife she didn’t understand his policy and she didn’t understand what he was saying. Apparently if you don’t answer or respond immediately to his text, he cancels the appointment. My wife is very well educated and understands. Soar doesn’t understand common courtesy and business practices. You don’t cancel on someone because they are not at your beck and call. I was suffering from some nerve issues on the left side of my hip. Therefore, my left side was treated differently than my right and I am so grateful for his attention to the details and muscles in that area. While I was speaking to him, I could clearly hear the sound of a crying child in the background. I even asked if this was really a massage salon?!!
