Update on this review
6/27/18 When I first visited the store thought the customer service was Great. Me and my family switched from another phone Carrier and I was advised that we will recieve Visa card for switching and was told it will take about 30 days. Needless to say we never recieved the card. When I called customer service they had no.knowledge of this I called Syed and adsvised him of this ans henstated he will look into this for us. He stated that he was busy with customers at the time and stated he will call me on Monday and asked if this was okay. I stated yes. He never called and followed up and we still have not recieved the card. So this is why O am changing my star rating to 2 stars. I feel since they get paid on commission they say whatever in the store and once they sell you something and you leave the store it's your loss. I would also not writing a review until after you leave the store and receive everything you were promised.
Visited the new Verizon store in Little Elm off 423. The manager Syed Azeem was really great. He was very nice answered all of my questions and concerns. Read moreIf I could give less than a one star I would. I was told by the store manager Bradley that I would be on the 4 lines for 100 plus tax. I purchased 3 phones. He said that the first bill would be a bit higher but the following month it would be adjusted. The next bill was over 230. He then told me to purchase three 30 dollar trac phones from walmart and that he would give me 1000 credit for each. I did not have the extra funds at the time so he gave me 30 days. during that time my daughters phone broke and he tried to charge her a replacement cost, but it was within 30 days so it should have been free. I went in to discuss and the worker told me that I did not need to buy thirty dollar phones. My bill is between 250 and 270- a far cry from the 140-150 range. I went in to discuss and he told me, and I quote, “ there is nothing I can do for you.” Also, He is running a solar business and a small business funding company from the verizon store. I was also told by a local corporate store that they think he has been doing shady business from the little elm location. Now it seems I am stuck with phone bill that I cannot afford. I called russell electronics and told them but no one can help me!!!!! PLEASE CAN SOMEONE...
Read moreBe careful with Syed. He claims he is the manager there. Both his employee and himself told me that they could lower my monthly bill in addition to giving my son a new 8 plus if I bought a new one. I bought the phone, they gave my son his new phone. I put $600 down torward the new phone. I only needed the new phone myself but they told me my bill would be less than the $211 a month I was already paying. First month bill came and it was $356. My current bills are now $265 a month. Mr Syed told me on 5 different occasions he would get it taken care of. The second month he gave me a $45 credit for the second month thinking I would go away. His employee is no longer working there and he has been scrambling to figure out how to get himself out of his current lie. and his no longer employee. I have also found out he has done this to other customers. 3 plus months later still nothing. I have escalated this issue to his district manager. I strongly suggest not purchasing anything from Mr. SYED and or anyone else in that store.
