I don’t like posting bad reviews. However, this one WILL be posted. Shweta was awesome! Made everything perfect. However, the manager Arif, left her by herself and walked away when the long line was forming. Shweta was super overwhelmed and visibly upset that her left her. She mumbled a lot of dissatisfaction about working with him, and I felt so bad. When he came back I said “my friend, you left her alone”, she was overwhelmed”. He said yea, cause you were taking long. I said , “wait, you’re blaming meeeee”?! And he rolled his eyes and went on to do something else. I give two stars cause Shweta was great. Had been to Montclair university area and googled the nearest DD and found this . This was inside a gas station and a convenience store . But a very big DD shop..

Service was good .there were so many reviews about bad service , but we had quick service . Had a coffee , latte , hashbrowns and tomato pesto sandwich . 🍅 coffee was ok . A little watery. Latte was good . Hashbrowns were really good . Crisp and yummy . Pesto tomato sandwich was good too. My fav in DD these days . Overall a good experience but...

Disrespectful workers. I gave my order to the lady then she repeated the order back to me wrong I corrected her then she proceeded to yell at me saying that’s what she said when she did not repeat my order correctly back to me. Very unprofessional behavior. Will not be returning to this location and will continue to tell everyone to avoid this Dunkin due to...
