Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Little Falls

I have heard from everyone that Papa Murphy's has really good pizza. I was so disappointed in the service that I got there that I will not be returning again. I ordered a pizza with half of a certain ingredient. I'm kind of a prude with food. When I saw that my order was being made I followed it to make sure that it was going to be made correctly. I saw the person, making my pizza, grab for the wrong ingredient and stopped them and told them that they were screwing up. They looked at the ticket and said what I said out loud and still put the wrong ingredient on the pizza. After I told them that I wasn't taking it without the ingredient I order, they kept the wrong ingredient on there and just added what I wanted. On top of that, the pizza just kind of lacked in sauce, and because of the ingredient I did not want, the pizza wasn't very good. My husband does not eat specific ingredients and was also forced to eat things he did not want. I would have told them to refund me but it already seemed like that person had been...

I get a couple of awesome pizzas for the family from the Little Falls Papa Murphy's everytime I visit Little Falls, about a dozen times a year. When I left the store a few weeks ago I left my credit card on the counter and didn't realize my mistake until I returned home after the 200 mile drive. I called the Little Falls store immediately and they were kind enough to mail the card back to me immediately (after verifying who I was). I started calling @740pm and couldn't get through. I was trying to call in an order so I didn't show up @759 and have them make it. I was told they don't answer the phone 20mins to close 'so they don't have to make more pizzas'. I said what? You are open till 8pm. She then said if we don't answer then ppl will just go to Domino's. I totally don't get this. I don't know who is running this store, but you are right about one thing: the service was so bad I will be going to Domino's. Here I was trying to "call ahead" and they didn't want my business.
