I really wanted to give a good review to this place, because our family loves the Korean fried chicken so much. I've usually ordered the party platter and honey waffle fries, because these were used to taste so good. However, recently I have noticed, maybe the ownership has been changed or not, chickens are not as good as before. The honey chicken barely has honey taste on it and so does honey waffle fries as well. No honey taste on honey chicken or honey waffle??? Also, they are short on radish side dish as well as utensils. They only provide the plastic gloves so if you are thinking of eating it outside, you should bring your own utensils. The time I ordered 20 wings, the order came not with wings, but other parts. Did they mix it up or short on wings? I do not know but I really had to complain about this. Also, I notice that the cashier guy was not wearing a mask while all other customers were wearing a mask. Is wearing a mask at restaurant a must??? I'm concerned for corona spreading and also doubt about hygiene of this place as well as food order. I hope that this business goes on longer, but with this kind of customer service, I do not see any future in...
Read moreI used to love this place. Ordered at least once a week, but recently had a pretty bad experience. Apparently, they don’t stamp your coupon unless you ask them to. I recently went, and I waited for the cashier to stamp my coupon awkwardly for over a minute. Also, the cashier that gave me my food wasn’t wearing a mask, which is highly concerning. The thing that bothered me the most was the soda. I know it only costs a few cents for the restaurant to buy a can of soda. Apparently, they only give you a can of soda when you order via phone. If you order via online ordering, they DON’T give you a can of soda. It’s not something too big, but it’s just ridiculous and illogical. What’s the difference between phone ordering and online ordering? I would prefer to order online so I don’t have to give my credit card in person, which would be less of a burden and hassle (bc of corona I don’t want to have indirect touch via credit card). It seems like the owner changed as well; it’s not as crispy and greasier than before. I always get the same order, so I know what it tasted like. Probably won’t go again unless I hear something better about them. Small...
Read moreUsed to be one of the favorite chicken places, until the time when I used 10 coupons for the free chicken. I ordered through the phone, and whoever received my order made me uncomfortable to use the free coupons I've earned and I felt disrespected from his attitude. Well, I let that go and the delivery guy was also arrogant, asking in a high tone voice when I'm picking up my order as I live in the apartment complex that's a bit far from lobby. (He could have left them at the concierge, but I guess he wanted his tips :P) Paid the delivery man $4, and he snatched the bills out of my hand and left without saying a word. Well as long as I get my red dragon chicken! When I opened, it turns out the chicken quality is NOT THE SAME as you would pay for them: A lot of small pieces with thick flour with really sloppy job on the seasoning. Half the sides weren't covered with seasoning and there were barely any rice cakes with them too. I guess this is how they treat a royal customer, cus customer...
