TIGER SUGAR — Restaurant in Little Ferry

I had ordered two T.5’s regular size from this Little Ferry location and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. First of all, one drink had ice with cold tea. The other had ice but had warm tea so the drink was straight up warm and nasty. Two different girls had made the drink. One of them was using the shaker, and the other one was just pouring warm tea straight into the cup filled with ice. I find the taste DISGUSTING as both teas tasted weird and I think it’s very careless of them to make my drinks considering I paid at least $14. There are better boba tea places you can go to that are better than this.

Also, the employees are very unprofessional. Who makes a drink with no hats on, no uniform on, and goes ahead and rushes to make my drinks in less than a minute? Please fix...

Terrible worker/service. Waited since 11am got my order around 1130 and when I asked for the merch after paying she says I can pick it up with my drink. I was okay with that but while waiting for my drink I see the cashier just giving the bags out to people who bought after I did. So I go to pick up my drink and she tells me they're out of the bags and explained what happened and the worker has the audacity to say "what do you want me to do about it take it from others?" I mean yeah you should take it from whoever was the last to receive it since the only reason I didn't get it is because you told me I pick it up when I get my drink and I see you guys giving it out left and right to people who ordered after me. My wife and I were excited that a Tiger Sugar opened up in the Hmart in Little Ferry, and we couldn't wait to try out the teas here.

As a Yelp Elite I got a free boba tea and the 2nd tea was 50% off. I opted for #2 The Best Seller - Black Sugar Boba, Pearl, Tiger Jelly Milk with Cream Mousse. My wife decided on the simple #T2 The Golden Oolong Tea with Boba. Both teas are sweet, there's no choice in sugar content. My Best Seller was creamy with the right amount of tea, the pearls and bobas compliment each other well. My wife's Oolong wasn't too strong nor too weak, just right. We both enjoyed our teas.
