GOLFZON Range by Leadbetter — Local services in Little Ferry

Highly recommend checking this place out before it blows up.

I saw a video on Instagram about this place and had to go check it out for myself. I was 4 minutes away and I realized that I forgot my wallet. I live ~15 mins away so I called the place to ask if they take Venmo or Apple Pay - they do not. However, I spoke to Young Yang about my situation and he said "no worries, just come check us out and I'll take care of you." I wasn't sure what that meant but since I was 4 minutes away, I went anyways. When I arrived, he gave me a tour of the facility, gave me a break down of the features, the membership, the pricing, 1:1 & group lessons, etc. They let me use the facility FOR FREE!!

Basically, I felt like this company was doing everything right (in terms of customer service). They made me feel welcomed and it felt like they were trying to build a positive community of golfers. They have a CRAZY putting mat (with 6 different games available) that traces the ball path and the "correct" tempo. They have a lot of booths that have some of the greatest technology in golf.

Don't take my word for it, you should go check them out. Especially right now since they JUST opened up and there aren't a lot of people there...

My experience visiting the Golfzon Range by Leadbetter was astounding. The technology is unparalleled. Hitting a bucket at the range is a thing of the past. Golfzon has 20 simulator bays, championship courses to play and moveable swing plates with various hitting surfaces. Additionally, each simulator offers real time golf instruction to help improve your game from none other than golf legend, David Leadbetter. If you’ve always wanted to learn golf but never knew how, or didn’t have the resources or accessibility, look no further. Golfzon is an affordable golf academy/gym that welcomes players of all ages and skill levels. If that weren’t enough, they also have PuttView, the interactive putting green! I hope they plan to open more locations throughout the state soon.

Enjoyed few months and cancelled the renewing membership in person with the agent. He said “your membership has been cancelled and the last day will be the next month 3rd”. Few days later, I was re-charged on 3rd. Called the store and tried to find out what is going on. They tried to look up my account and said nothing showing up. Kept trying few more times, and eventually found out my account is GONE DELETED. The agent that I requested cancellation had deleted my account not deactivated. And the store then said “We do not delete the account, we never do that. Since your account is not on the system, there is no way to cancel this membership.
