Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Little Rock

My daughter and I were running on empty from shopping hard along W. Markham's many stores when both of us were ready to drop. I asked what she was hungry for, her answer was Chinese or Chick-fil-A! Googling Chick-fil-A showed me that we were only .4 of a mile from food at the chicken restaurant, so we checked out and headed for the car, loaded our purchases and mixed into the afternoon traffic on W. Markham. We quickly found this Chick-fil-A location, which is located at the front of the same lot as Home Depot. I had not eaten here before, but Chick-fil-A restaurants are consistently top-level in friendly staff, speedy service, quality of food, cleanliness of their whole facility, and checking on how diners are doing with their food as they eat. This one was no different!! A couple of things that I found here that were different from the locations in North Little Rock were that there were 2 - 2!-- Drive Thru lanes-- both of which were packed with cars! And each lane had a female employee standing there, talking to the driver of the car as it would pull forward. I am only assuming that the girls were taking each driver's order, sending it electronically to the kitchen to aid in facilitating the lines to move swifter. This Chick-fil-A location also has a patio area out of front, to sit in the cool air, or find a sunny spot to enjoy spring sun while you eat. We had our usual, each getting a 12 piece nugget meal, with tea to drink. We did splurge for shakes after the meal. I had been wanting to try the Key Lime Pie Shake, while my daughter had the chocolate shake. As far as the Key Lime Shake goes, I would say, don't waste your money. It had a very mild key lime flavor. It was also as fluid as a cup of water! It wasn't thick AT ALL! It also arrived sans the topping of whipped cream and a Maraschino Cherry! It looked rather naked and I was very disappointed in it's taste, looks and consistency. A waste of $4.00 for the large! M.K.'s Chocolate Shake arrived thick, topped properly with fluffy whipped cream and the cherry! It had the flavor of a chocolate Malt, and was very good. Another Chick-fil-A location doing their best everyday to beat the competition-- and doing it too! The Key Lime Shake may have been a machine on defrost or something. I never thought I would be leaving a bad review about Chick-fil-A until now. The Chick-fil-A on Markham by target by far I have had the worst experiences at. First experience was when I came up to Chick-fil-A two weeks ago and a man addressed me as a server and when I told him that I was not a man that I was a woman he started laughing and said my bad once I got up to the window and left he said have a good day sir and started laughing I did not know who this worker was personally but I just thought that was so petty and rude also tonight I came at 10:30 not knowing that this business closes at 10 o’clock I could’ve been told nicely that it was I did not know so I show up at the location and I start going to the door and I start trying to open it this man starts laughing at At me and said did you need something I said yeah I was just wanting to come get food and he starts laughing and says OK and starts walking off if you’re an employee of a restaurant you need to say I’m sorry were closed at 10 o’clock not just laugh in my face y’all have the most ridiculous high school kids working at this establishment and y’all need to figure out a better system because I know I’m not the only one that has had this experience I’ve had friends tell me they have had the same experience with the Sir thing at this Chick-fil-A location you need to check your employees because...

I purchased 4 chicken deluxe meals at the Chick- Fil-a on West Markham and Chenal in Little Rock . The chicken wasn't cooked thoroughly, the drinks ,which were lemonade and sweet tea was terrible. I called and talk to a manager. The manager told us to come back, so that they could replace the order and of course we did. So I explained to the young guy that came to my car to help me what had happened. He told the lady at the window. He also took my receipt and balled it up and then he uncalled it and told her what we had. He then threw the receipt in the trash by the window at the drive thru. The lady at the window to him to tell us that they were not going to replace our drinks even though the manager said he would replace all 4 orders and the guy that was serving our food , put our receipt in the trash. He then took the receipt and put it in our bags with OUR FOOD ! I yelled to tell him to get that receipt out of our bags with our food. I will NEVER eat there again and I recommend that if you do. Watch your orders and the waiters. And now after all that I wrote up above. I see why the lady at the window did not want to replace the drinks.... They were watered down.
