Firehouse Subs Chenal Pkwy — Restaurant in Little Rock

Why have your store open on Memorial Day if you don't want customers to come in? The workers didn't even bother turning on the open sign, I'm assuming to deter customers from coming in. Because from the outside the windows are so dark it looked like they are closed with the open sign being off. It was 2:00 in the afternoon. We almost left when seeing this, but noticed customers inside, so we went in. I tried to order a veggie sub that contains sauteed veggies, but I was told they didn't have any sauteed veggies to make the sandwich with. Why? Because they didn't bother taking the time to sautee veggies for the day/they just didn't want to saute veggies because they were being lazy. So they also wouldn't be able to make a Philly cheese steak, because...no sauteed veggies. I asked what other veggies they had so I could build my own veggie sandwich. I was told they had lettuce, tomatoes and onions. I know they also have pickles, banana peppers and olives. I could have made a sandwich with those ingredients, but was only told they have lettuce, pickles and onions. Needless to say I took my business to subway instead. The female at the register seemed nice, but the two males that were working seemed like they couldn't care less about customers. I probably won't be coming back to this firehouse. They don't seem to be vegetarian friendly, or friendly at all for...

Nice looking place, but the food and service is very lacking. The employees weren't friendly at all. I had to ask the cashier if he was ready for my order because he made no attempt to greet me or acknowledge I was even there. His only remark was, "I was waiting on you". They all seem to be very distracted and more concerned with their own conversations. This used to be a nice place, hot food, and friendly staff. I seemed to be more of an obstacle than a paying customer.

I usually eat at home because the fast food service is usually garbage and this place keeps up those expectations. But I got lazy and decided to take a gamble. I got the French Dip, and I'll give the freshness a pass because I did take it to go, but they somehow burnt the AuJus. I could smell it pulling it out the bag. How tf do you burn literal flavored water?! 🤨🤦‍♂️Disappointing for a $22 meal. I'll never eat...

The service was very slow. I waited about a hour for a online orders that was placed in pretty far ahead of time before I arrived for pick up. Workers talked to to each other and had no sense of urgency. Multiple people got their food before me and I was there first. The manager did not help as there were multiple orders that Needed to be fulfilled. Waited so long only for my sandwiches to be made incorrectly. If I hadn’t already paid online i would have left. I will for sure never return. I ended up having to come home and attempt to dress up my own sandwich while doing so notice my bacon was also missing off my sandwich and I have never seen this mini bread before in my life that was made for my med sub. My two sandwiches was a complete disaster! And waste of money. No need to address this with anyone in the store...
