Eat My Catfish — Restaurant in Little Rock

Today was my first time trying emcf. I went to the nlr location we walked in went to the front. No one spoke the gurl that was leaning behind the counter was higher the the sky she was eating a kit kat. She called out in another girl walked up no greeting wearing street clothes. I told her nevermind in i walked out. We went to Rodney Parham location. It started off good. We were greeted. And the waiter went in got us a high 💺 okay. These lady's go to sit 1 gets her condiments in spill ketchup on the floor. Okay 15 mins go by in theirs our food. The cashier called the waiter in said order up in spill ketchup on floor the guy walks past our food pulls glove's out his pocket in go to the sanitation bucket grab a towel in proceed to go wipe the ketchup off the floor with the towel that you cldaned the tables with the same 1 you used to clean my grandson high 💺. I said O know sir you just walked past food 2 clean the floor he got up walked ti tge food and grab the receipt on top in said know way. I asked for a refund the refused. In said they would redo our food. 😂 yeah right. 5-7 min go by here's the food. Hiw did it take 15-20 b4 but now 5 mins it's here. I will NEVER EAT EMCF 2 SPOTS IN...

Have always enjoyed going to Eat My Catfish! Last week my wife and I went to the Rodney Parham location yesterday we were ready to order at 3:58 your clock near cash register Wanted to order the #3 no one at register at 3:59 a lady opened cash register and took all cash out of register and put It in tip cup at register. When she finished her business she ask for our order she said that ended at 4:00. We were there before 4:00. I ask if the manager was there she walked away came back an said the register automatically takes special off at 4:00. She then ask for my order I said I would pay regular price for the number 3 1 piece of fish and 5 shrimp she ask what sides she said you get 2 not only did I get 2 sides I got 3 pieces of fish and 5 shrimp my wife got the same thing we could not eat it all waisted 4 pieces of fish between us! Have always felt appreciated at Eat My Catfish not this time. So proud of the success of a company that started in Bento Ar. I know had he been there we would have been treated as a valued customer! Regarding the West Little Rock location: The "curbside" pickup isn't curbside. You still have to get out of your vehicle and go inside to get your food. Very Misleading. Additionally, anyone getting a carryout order should be aware that the time quoted when you placed the order online is NOT the time it will be ready. We order carryout from here about once every month or two and have never had an order ready at the time we were given. You need to be prepared to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. The Boudin Balls are incomparable. They are YUMMY and the best thing on the entire menu. The tartar sauce is also a surprisingly nice change from the norm.

The rest of the food is ok, when you want a change from the other local fish restaurants it's worth a try. But for service, cost, quality and taste of food I'd recommend the Red Snapper restaurant. At Red Snapper the food is yummy, staff is friendly and you can actually drive through and pick up food without getting out of your vehicle.
