Today I went in and ordered some bean dip. I was on my lunch and in a hurry, but when I got in my car I noticed that it was regular cheese dip. I took it back in and let the man at the register know that my order was wrong. He was very adamant that it was bean dip, and not cheese dip. I tried to take the top off without him touching my food, but he grabbed my food and got something, stuck it down in my food and gave it back to me. I told him that he stuck something in my food and handled my food while dealing with money, and I asked for a refund. He refused to give me a refund or take the food back. Please stop going and supporting these people. This man was very rude. When I walked in, I stood there for a moment before anyone would even offer to help me. Read moreThe cheese dip here was tasty but I'm glad we were not in a hurry for lunch. Service was slow. Extra slow. I don't know if the waitress was new and learning but it seem like a lot of 1 off trips back and forth to serve a couple of tables. Or they might have been short-staffed. But with covid-19 they we're not full so hopefully they will get past this learning curve. The rest of the food was the exact same you would find at every other Senior Tequila's which is to say nothing special but very cheap. Except this happened to cost us $40 for lunch which seems excessive. Read moreLast night, I ordered food to go and it was badly burned. My husband took the food back to the restaurant and asked for a refund. I did not want the food remade because this has happened way too many times in the past at this location. The manager asked my husband to come back the next day, and he said he didn't mind waiting, which I guess angered the manager. After giving my husband the refund, he told my husband he will not serve him next time and to go elsewhere in the future. To the manager: You are rude and should not be in a managerial position who serves the public.
