It took 15 mins to get water, then we a Meat and cheese plate and a Ginger and Passion fruit Mojito. It took 39 mins to get the appetizer plate and another server had to come by and give us our drinks. She said "I found these just sitting at the bar would you guys like your drinks". My wife had the tilapia and I had Alfredo and chicken. She is highly allergic to bell peppers so when the fish came it looked like it had them. We asked the waitress and she left and came back quick and said no it doesn't have any. The description of the fish said nothing about bell peppers anywhere. She ate the fish and said she felt her throat get itchy. I took a bite of what looked like a bell pepper and sure enough it was. We told them and it took 3 people to finally say the veggies had them. I told them we had hurry bc she needed to go home and get her shot for the allergy. They apologized and not one person offered to comp the meal or give us a meal on the house next time. This isn't just an itchy rash reaction type allergy. It's very serious like a peanut one or worse. They took no real responsibility. I paid the $103.74 bill and left. Also the name is LA Terraza now not Graffitis. They don't advertise this well I assume so they will get the old loyal Graffiti...
Read moreOur first visit. I was pretty impressed until... Our waitress asked if we wanted to-go boxes. We said yes and told her that she could put it all together in one box. She picked up my husband's plate and carried it to the back. After several minutes passed, we noticed her with new patrons going over the specials. Then another waitress came out carrying my husband's box. We asked her if I could get a to-go box. She said yes, picked up my plate and our garlic bread and proceeded to the back. After an extensive time passes by she emerges from the back and goes behind the bar. Our waitress noticing that we were ready to leave brings over our bill (not one mention of my food and the other waitress never returned to our table. Did we mention my to-go box to our waitress? No. We had already discussed it and figured by this time the food had already been thrown in the garbage. Compliments to the chef. I only wish I had gotten to eat the other half of my lasagna and garlic bread which had the perfect amount of cheese. Was so looking forward to that meal the next day. Was pretty disappointed when I had to leave...
Read moreDISAPPOINTMENT! I wish I would have been able to try out this restaurant before the original owner sold. To my understanding, it used to be fantastic. That is NOT the case any longer! First, when we arrived it was not a full house, at all. No one was there to seat us and there was no sign indicating to seat yourself or wait to be seated. We started walking towards a table before a waiter noticed us, and then said “oh would you folks like a table?” I mean, duh. Second, my lasanga was cold. Do you hear me? COLD! Like they popped a frozen lasanga in the oven and heated it up for a minute. The least they could have done was make sure it was warm all the way through. Third, their tiramisu was NOT tiramisu. I don’t know what that mess was but it was not tasty. The new owner’s name is Armando (I think.) He said he bought the place 3 months ago. Sorry Armando, but your business will end up being shut down within a year. I’d be extremely surprised if it even last that long. If you want good Italian food in Little Rock, Bruno’s is the ONLY...
