KFC — Restaurant in Little Rock

On July 27th, I went to KFC to use coupons I had received in the mail that expired on August 14, 2024. At the drive through window, I informed the young lady that I was using my coupon for a 10 piece bucket, white & dark pieces, mixed for $15.99. She told me they didn't have anything going for coupons. I told her my coupon says it's valid through August 14th. She told me my coupon could not be used until August 1st. Huh, when they start doing that🤷🏽‍♀️

So I asked how much would a 10 piece bucket, white & dark pieces, mixed cost. She responded "like twenty dollars". Huh🤷🏽‍♀️, you mean to tell me you don't know how much a 10 piece bucket of chicken cost🤦🏽‍♀️

I left because I didn't feel like going off and allowing her to get me out of character. I left thinking was KFC being robbed and being held hostage because surely someone working the window knows how to read and work the cash register. Surely she can see the prices of the chicken and other KFC items cost. I'm sure the Colonel Sanders would have been as disappointed as I was to witness this exchange. Something told me to drive a little further and stop by Popeye's. I wanted one of their frozen strawberry lemonade anyway. I hate to be the one to have to say it about my people but just zero professionalism. I was given a credit for my order. Came back to get the order today and I was told “ I can’t do it because how they be counting these pot pies inventory. REALLY? ” Ugh.her tone was so city girls and ratchet. Do better young ladies. I don’t need nothing free. Just honor what you said and please don’t have the audacity to give someone a attitude because you are not honoring the credit because it was 30 days ago. I don’t eat KFC Or be on this side of town everyday. If you say you will give someone a credit for their next visit don’t get a attitude and change your mind when we arrive to redeem the credit. I could buy that whole damn store right now today, cash money so to treated rudely and belittled over $10 is just comical. How did this City Girl get a supervisor position. Jesus take the wheel if this is the best staff they can find. FOR THE RECORD: The 1st young lady who issued the credit was pleasant and even there today and remembered the order and credit. However, the little girl that called me back…… whew. A Ghetto, unprofessional “City Girl” as my young nieces...

This location has the worst customer service, the order I placed there was for 16 piece crispy meal, the waiter told me they were low in cooking oil so they couldn’t do the crispy mixed chicken, I settled for original, got home only had leg thighs, I paid 46.25, no white meat at all, called the restaurant ahead of taking it back no answer, drove back anyway asked for refund they counted the pieces, said 3 pieces was missing, only 1 had been taken out of the 16 piece meal let me know the order was not correct in the amount of pieces ordered, the cashier team leader said she was only refining according to the amount of pieces in the box, I told her they left off pieces, after a few counts of the pieces she decided to give the refund, I have never been so humiliated, they didn’t have enough oil to cook crispy, the number of pieces were off and all the workers were outside when I made it back there smoking in their cars.
