Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Little Rock

I called my order in , 15 minutes later I pulled up in the drive thru... The lady working the window told me it would be 15 minutes and asked me to pull around to the front entrance and they would bring my order out. First issue, I called my order in 15 minutes or so prior, why am I having to wait an additional 15 minutes? Well I did as asked, after waiting 25 minutes, I go back to the drive thru and inquired about whe hold up... at that time, I was told the machine was polishing itself and they had to wait on it to complete. She told me in 15 more minutes she would bring it out herself. Had it not been the fact my parents had a taste for Pizza Hut, I would've requested my money back! About 20 minutes or so, a man bought my food out. I asked why in the world would it take an hour to receive an order after it was a call-in, he simply stated he just worked there. Upon making it to my parents house, I take the food out of the bag, which were 12 lemon pepper wings and and a large supreme pizza, and was so disappointed I wanted to scream. The wings were old looking and dried out, and the pizza was a thin layer of what looked like scattered cheese, scattered vegetables and I didn't see ANY meat!! I dont know who own this particular location, but if your sales are declining, this would be your reason why! To have to pay for sauce for chicken and red pepper for the pizza, the food should atleast be average standards. The Pizza looked like a kindergarten kid made it without having all of the ingredients. I'm very displeased with the University location and will never spend my money there again! We walked into the store at 1:35-1:40pm. What I’m assuming was the manager due to the way he was dressed compared to others was seated and eating. No greeting that I can remember. We began looking at the buffet when the assumed manager informed us that the buffet closed at 1:30pm and that it just hasn’t been picked up yet. Wasn’t covered or anything. There were at least two workers in the kitchen, and two people waiting on Togo orders. No one else in the store. No signs indicating what time the buffet was open. Working in the food service industry for so long, any other manager I know would have either been up helping his crew with orders and getting the buffet closed or told us to go ahead and make a plate off of it. We walked up to the counter to order something. There was no menu on the wall. We had to scan a QR code or look at a takeout menu. The assumed manager finally got up to help out up front when more customers began to come in to order. We ordered our food and paid and sat down. Nearing 1:55ish my mother got up to get some ranch off the salad bar for our food. Our food came out at 2pm with no plates, silverware, or Parmesan/Red pepper. A 6oz (maybe) marinara for 10 cheese sticks, one pack of icing for about 10 cinnamon sticks, and nothing else. My mother went to ask for red pepper and Parmesan cheese and while she did the female worker said “You know The ranch is for the salad bar.” She finally began to pick the buffet up after 2pm. While eating there were several people who were at the drive through and ended up parking and coming in. Other reviews have said they had issues with being helped in the drive through. Bad customer service. Food was decent....

I'd give it 0 stars if I could.. This location is less than a mile from me so I've ordered delivery here a couple times in the hopes I'd get what I ordered, and it would come like it's supposed to. First time I ordered delivery, we ordered a dinner box that comes with wings. They deliberately didn't put the wings in the box because when I called up there they said "they were out of them" without calling and letting me know before they delivered it. Just offered me a 10 dollar credit. Okay cool. So I give it another chance and just ordered a large pizza. The pizza came and it appeared to have been dropped. Or slung. The toppings were all over the box. And the pizza slices were crushed up. I ate it anyways. Cause I spent 20 dollars on it. But damn they need to get their stuff together. Called up their about it and they just offered me another credit. Won't be ordering from this location again . Yeah they're wings are fire, but I'll just go to a different one for that.
